Description
Claims (3)
- 하나의 광원;상기 광원에서 방출되는 광을 평행광으로 만들어 주는 제1콜리메이팅 렌즈;상기 콜리메이팅 렌즈로부터 입사되는 평행광을 복수개의 회절 배열들로 만들어 주는 위상 격자;상기 위상 격자로부터 입사되는 상기 회절 배열들을 푸리에 변환하여 스폿 형태의 빔들이 되도록 집속시켜주는 푸리에 변환 렌즈;상기 푸리에 변환 렌즈에 의해 푸리에 변환된 빔들을 선택적으로 반사시켜 주는 반사형 공간 광 변조기;상기 푸리에 변환렌즈로부터 입사되는 푸리에 변환된 빔들은 상기 반사형 공간 광 변조기 쪽으로 통과시키고, 상기 반사형 공간 광 변조기에서 선택적으로 반사되어 재입사되는 빔은 그 경로는 변환시키는 편광 빔스플리터; 및상기 빔 스플리터로부터 입사되는 광을 평행광으로 만들어주는 제2콜리메이팅 렌즈;를구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 독립적 간섭성 빔 어레이 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 위상격자의 양방향 격자 주기를 각각 dx, dy라 하고, 상기 반사형 공간 광 변조기에 맺히는 스폿의 양 방향 간격을 각각 Sx, Sy라 하며, 상기 광원에서 방출되는 빔의 파장을 λ라 하며, 상기 푸리에 변환 렌즈의 초점거리를 f라 할 때,Sx= λf/dxSy= λf/dy의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 독립적 간섭성 빔 어레이 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사형 공간 광 변조기는 마이크로 미러 반사기 혹은 반사형 액정 표시 패널로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 독립적 간섭성 빔 어레이 발생 장치.
