Abstract
본 발명은 방충기능과 자외선차단기능을 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 시트로넬라 0.1 내지 1.0중량%와; 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트(Otyl Methoxycinnamate)와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄(Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane)이 9:1의 비로 혼합된 혼합물 0.01 내지 0.1중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 방충기능과 함께 자외선차단기능을 갖는 화장품을 제조할 수 있게 한다.
Description
본 발명은 방충기능과 자외선차단기능을 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 사람이나 가축에게 모기나 파리 등의 접근을 차단할 수 있으며, 자외선을 차단할 수 있는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 곤충(특히 모기, 파리 등)은 동물이나 사람에게 질병을 옮기는 매개체로서 알려져 있다. 더구나 지구 온난화 경향에 따라 점차 그 개체수가 증대되고 있으며 활동영역도 점차 광범위해지고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 곤충을 퇴치하기 위하여 DEET(N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide)등이 함유된 살충제를 사용하고 있으나 냄새가 좋지 못하고 인체에 유해하기 때문에 사용에 제한을 두고 있다.
이러한 제한을 극복하고자 여러가지 물질을 이용한 기술개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나 뚜렷한 효과있는 물질의 개발은 아직 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 것으로, 인체에 해롭지 않고 야외의 강렬한 자외선을 차단할 수 있게 된 화장료 조성물을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 출원인은 여러종류의 물질을 대상으로 실험한 결과 다음 구성이 적합한 것을 발견하였다.
본 발명의 방충기능 및 자외선차단기능을 갖는 화장료 조성물은, 시트로넬라 0.1 내지 1.0중량%와; 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트(Otyl Methoxycinnamate)와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄(Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane)이 9:1의 비로 혼합된 혼합물 0.01 내지 0.1중량%를 포함하고 있는 것을 그 구성으로 한다.
상기 시트로넬라를 범위 이상 사용할 경우 향이 너무 강하여 사용감이 좋지 않고, 범위 이하로 사용할 경우 효능이 극히 좋지 않으며, 상기 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄의 혼합물을 범위 이상 사용할 경우 그 사용성이 저하되고, 범위 이하로 사용할 경우 효능이 좋지 않아 상기 범위가 가장 바람직한 범위이다.
이와 같은 화장료 조성물은 사람이나 가축에 사용하기 위하여 적절한 형태, 예를 들면 크림, 로션, 스프레이 등으로 제조하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명은 시트로넬라와 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트 및 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄이 적정량 화장품에 함유된 구성으로 방충효과와 자외선차단효과를 발휘할 수 있도록 된 것으로, 그 제조공정은 통상적인 화장품 제조공정과 동일하다. 화장품 중에서 로션의 통상적인 제조공정은 유상원료를 계량하여 혼합 용해하고, 이와 별개로 수상원료를 계량하여 둔 다음, 용제 예를 들면 글리콜류에 유상원료를 혼합 유화시킨 후, 수상원료를 첨가하고 알콜류를 첨가 혼합 교반시켜 여과 숙성시켜 로션을 제조한다.
상기 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄은 유성원료이고, 시트로넬라는 수성원료로 취급되어 제조공정에 적용된다. 즉, 옥틸 메톡시와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄을 9:1의 비율로 먼저 혼합하여 둔 후, 다른 유상원료와 혼합 용해하고, 유화시킨 뒤 시트로넬라와 다른 수상원료를 첨가 교반시켜 화장품을 제조한다.
이하, 본 발명을 실시예와 실험예를 통하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다. 실시예에서 부는 특별한 언급이 없는 한 중량부이다.
실시예 1.
옥틸 메톡시신나메이트 0.009부
부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄올 0.001부
시트로넬라 0.1부
1,3-부틸렌글리콜 5.0부
에탄올 10.0부
사이클로 메치콘 3.0부
향 0.2부
방부제 소량
물 밸런스
이와 같은 조성비로서 상기한 제조공정을 통하여 로션을 제조하였다.
실시예 2
상기 실시예 1의 조성비에서 시트로넬라를 0.5부 사용한 것 이외에는 동일하게 로션을 제조하였다.
실시예 3
상기 실시예 1의 조성비에서 시트로넬라를 1.0부 사용한 것 이외에는 동일하게 로션을 제조하였다.
실시예 4.
상기 실시예 1의 조성비에서 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트 0.045부와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄올 0.005부를 사용한 것 이외에는 동일하게 로션을 제조하였다.
실시예 5.
상기 실시예 1의 조성비에서 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트 0.09부와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄올 0.01부를 사용한 것 이외에는 동일하게 하여 로션을 제조하였다.
상기 실시예 1 내지 5에서 제조된 로션에 대하여 SPF지수(일광차단지수)가 5~10의 값을 갖는 것으로 결과값을 얻었다.
그리고 상기 실시예 1 내지 5에서 제조된 로션을 건강한 피부를 소유하고 있는 성인 50명에 관능실험과 함께 여름날 야외에서 팔에 로션을 바른 뒤 적정 시간 팔을 노출시켜 모기퇴치효능을 실험하였다.
실시예 1 내지 5의 로션 모두가 기존 로션에 비해 사용감이 떨어지지 않는다고 응답하였으며, 모두 팔에 모기 등의 곤충이 접근하지 않았다고 응답하였다.
따라서, 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 사용감이 기존의 화장품과 비교하여 볼 때 떨어지지 않으며, 자외선차단효과 및 곤충의 접근을 방지할 수 있는 화장품을 제조할 수 있게 한다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 화장료 조성물로 제조된 화장품은 피부에 적용할 경우 사용감이 종래 화장품보다 뒤떨어지지 않고, 자외선차단효과를 가지면서 곤충의 접근을 막아 곤충으로부터의 질병을 막을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

- 시트로넬라 0.1 내지 1.0중량%와; 옥틸 메톡시신나메이트(Otyl Methoxycinnamate)와 부틸 메톡시디벤조일메탄(Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane)이 9:1의 비로 혼합된 혼합물 0.01 내지 0.1중량%를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방충기능 및 자외선차단기능을 갖는 화장료 조성물.
