Claims (11)
- 적어도 부분적으로 미립인 금속매체, 특히 부분적으로 환원되거나 또는 환원된 해면철을 용융가스화로(2)에서 탄소함유 물질(4) 및 산소 또는 산소함유 가스를 공급하여 고체 탄소매체(4)로 형성된 층(11)에 환원가스가 생성되는 동시에, 선택적으로 선행하는 완전환원에 따라, 금속매체를 용융시켜 용융금속, 특히 선철(8) 또는 철강 반제품을 생산하는 방법에 있어서,상기 미립 금속매체가 연소과정에 의하여 지지된 고온 연소대(13)에 장입되어, 선택적으로 완전환원에 따라, 적어도 대부분 또는 완전하게 용융되고,상기 고온 연소대(13)는 층(11) 상측에 위치된 용융가스화로(2)의 프리보드(12)로부터 공간적으로 격리되어 층(11) 내로 연장되고,상기 고온 연소대(13)에 형성된 배가스는 적어도 층(11)의 일부를 통과하여 고온 연소대로부터 배출되며, 또한 배가스는 층(11)에서 냉각되어 상기 층(11) 내에 형성된 환원가스와 함께 용융가스화로(2)로부터 배출되는것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 생산방법.
- 미립 금속매체를 일부 함유하는 적어도 부분적으로 환원된 금속매체, 특히 해면철로부터 용융금속, 특히 용융선철(8)을 생산하는 제1항에 따른 방법을 실행하는 용융가스화로(2)에 있어서,상기 용융가스화로(2)는 용융가스화로 내로 통하는 금속매체, 탄소매체 및 산소함유 가스용 공급관 및 용융가스화로에서 분지되는, 고체 탄소매체(4)로 형성된 용융가스화로(2)의 층(11)에 생성된 환원가스용의 적어도 하나의 가스배출관(5), 및 용융금속과 슬래그용 출탕구(10)를 가지고,상기 미립 금속매체를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 공급관(1)이 용융가스화로(2)의 내부(12)로부터 공간적으로 격리된 적어도 하나의 고온 연소실(14) 내로 연통하며, 마우스에 의하여, 다시 고체 탄소매체(4)로 형성된 층(11) 내로 돌출하고 버너(17)가 제공되는것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)은 용융가스화로(2)의 돔(21)으로부터 분지되어 바닥이 개방된 원통형상이며 내화재(19)가 제공된 벽(15)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단지 하나의 고온 연소실(14)이 중앙으로, 그 종축이 상기 용융가스화로(2)의 수직방향 종축에 위치되도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)은 그 상측 말단이 상기 용융가스화로(2)의 돔(21)을 통하여 외측으로 돌출하고 이 외측 말단에서 미립 금속매체용 공급관(1)이 상기 고온 연소실(14) 내로 통하며, 또한 버너(17)가 상기 외측 말단에 중앙으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제3항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소매체용 공급관(6)이 상기 고온 연소실(14)로부터 반경방향으로 떨어져서 상기 용융가스화로(2) 내, 즉 용융가스화로(2)의 돔(21) 내로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)의 벽(15)은 내벽이 냉각되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)의 상기 벽(15)에는 냉매가 통과하는 핀이 있는 튜브(18)가 구비되고 양 측면 상에는 내화라이닝(19)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)의 상측 말단 및 하측 말단에는 냉매, 바람직하게는 냉각수용의 링형상 헤더(20)가 상기 고온 연소실(14)의 상기 벽 내에 각각 일체로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 연소실(14)은 상기 용융가스화로(2)의 돔(21)을 통하여 외측으로 돌출하는 그 말단에 제거 가능한 커버(16)가 제공되고, 버너(17) 및 공급관(1)이 상기 커버(16)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버너(17)가 분탄/산소 버너인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융가스화로.
