Claims (9)
- 하측으로부터 상측으로 흐르는 환원처리가스에 의하여 유동층(2)에 유지되어 환원처리되는 미립물질을 유동층법으로 처리, 바람직하게는 환원, 특히 분광석을 환원하는 방법에 있어서,상대적으로 미립물질이 많고 큰 입자도 일정부분 포함하는 넓은 입자분포를 갖는 미립물질이 환원처리에 사용되며, 상기 유동층(2) 내 환원처리가스의 표면속도는 상기 미립물질 중 입자가 큰 부분의 유동화에 필요한 속도보다 적게 유지되고, 큰 입자는 미립자와 함께 모두 상측으로 이동하여 유동층의 상단영역으로부터 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동층(2)의 표면속도는 상기 미립물질 중 가장 큰 입자의 유동화에 필요한 속도의 0.25 ∼ 0.75의 범위 이내에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자밴드가 상기 미립물질 중 가장 큰 입경의 0.02 ∼ 0.15, 바람직하게는 0.05 ∼ 0.10의 중간 입경을 가진 입자의 미립물질이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유동층(2) 위의 환원처리가스에 대한 표면속도는 상기 유동층(2)을 수용하도록 배치된 환원로의 가장 큰 직경에 대하여 이론상 절단 입경 50 ∼ 150 μm, 바람직하게는 60 ∼ 100 μm으로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유동층(2)에는 표면속도가 0.3 m/s ∼ 2.0 m/s 사이의 범위로 조정되어 파쇄된(run of mine) 분광석이 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유동층법에 의하여, 철광석 및 플럭스 그리고 최소한 부분적으로 미립자를 포함하는 장입물을 최소한 하나의 환원대에서 해면철로 직접환원시켜 용융선철 또는 용강반제품을 생산하는 방법에 있어서,상기 해면철은 탄소캐리어 및 산소함유가스를 공급함으로써 용융가스화대(I 내지 IV)에서 용융되며 CO 및 H2-함유 환원가스가 생성되고, 상기 환원가스는 환원대에 공급되어 거기에서 반응하며 배가스로서 배출되어 소비기에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원방법.
- 유동층(2)을 수용하며, 가스분배바닥층(4), 환원처리가스 공급관(27, 28), 및 상기 가스분배바닥층(4) 위에 배설된 미립물질 공급수단 및 배출수단을 포함하는 원통형 하단 유동층부(3),상기 유동층부(3) 위에 유동층에 이어서 배열되어 원뿔형으로 상향하여 넓어지는 콘형상부(9), 상기 콘형상부(9)의 벽(10)은 반응로의 중앙축(11)에 대하여 6 ∼ 15°, 바람직하게는 8 ∼ 10°로 경사지고,상기 콘형상부(9)에 이어져서 상단에서 폐쇄되고, 환원처리가스 배출관(28, 29, 30)이 분지되는 최소한 부분적으로 원통형인 정지부(15)를 포함하고,상기 원통형영역 내 정지부(15)의 단면적(18) 대 상기 유동층부(3)의 단면적(19)의 비율은 ≥2인특징이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하는 환원로.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 원통형영역 내 상기 정지공간(15)의 단면적(18)은 상기 영역에서 조정되는 표면속도에 대하여 크기가 충분하여 입경이 50 μm 이상인 입자가 가스로부터 충분하게 분리될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원로.
- 철광석 및 플럭스를 함유하는 장입물용 이송관(5), 환원가스용 가스관(27, 28)과 환원로 안에 형성된 환원제품용 이송관(6) 및 톱가스용 가스관(30)이 통하는 환원반응로(1, 1', 1")로서 구성된 제7항에 따른 최소한 하나의 환원로, 및 환원제품을 환원반응로(1, 1', 1")로부터 전달하는 이송관(6)이 통하고 산소함유가스 및 탄소캐리어용 공급관(32, 33)과 선철 또는 철강반제품 및 슬래그용 출탕구(34)를 가지는 용융가스화로(25)를 포함하고,상기 환원반응로(1, 1', 1")와 연통하며 상기 용융가스화로(25)에 형성된 환원가스용의 상기 가스관(27)은 상기 용융가스화로(25)로부터 분지되고, 상기 환원반응로는 유동층반응로(1, 1', 1")로 구성되는 것을특징으로 하는 제6항에 따른 방법을 실행하는 설비.
