Claims (3)
- 하기의 방법에 의해 제조되는, 팽윤도가 110 % 이상 190 % 미만이고 연화점 온도가 60 ℃ 이상 68 ℃ 이하이며 연신 전 두께가 50 ㎛ 이하인 폴리비닐알코올 필름:
폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 제막 원액을 건조시켜 상기 두께를 갖는 폴리비닐알코올 필름을 제조한 후에,
온도가 70 ℃ 이상 100 ℃ 이하이고, 상대 습도가 60 % 이상 100 % 이하인 기체와 3 분 이상 12 분 이하 접촉시킴으로써, 팽윤도를 110 % 이상 190 % 미만으로 저하시킴. - 제 1 항에 기재된 폴리비닐알코올 필름을 사용하여 1 축 연신하는 공정을 갖는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
광학 필름이 편광 필름인 제조 방법.
