Claims (5)
- 연료탱크의 보스부 관통공 내주에 밀폐식 체결되되 하부에 중공유로가 관통 형성되고, 상부에 상기 중공유로와 연통되는 방사관통부가 반경방향으로 관통 형성된 바디부;
상기 바디부의 상부에 결합되며, 외주에 밀폐를 위한 밀봉링이 구비된 밀폐돌기가 상기 중공유로에 밀폐식 삽입되는 안전밸브; 및
상기 방사관통부의 외주 테두리에 회전가능하도록 밀폐식 결합되는 링 형상으로 형성되되, 일측에 체결공이 형성된 로터리결합부; 및
상기 체결공에 결합되는 피팅어셈블리를 포함하되,
상기 방사관통부의 외측 테두리면 및 상기 로터리결합부의 내주면 중 적어도 어느 일측에는 상기 피팅어셈블리와 연통되도록 원주방향을 따라 링 형상의 연통홈부가 형성되고,
상기 연통홈부의 상부 및 하부 테두리에는 상기 바디부의 외주와 상기 로터리결합부의 내주 사이를 밀폐하도록 각각 밀폐링이 삽입되는 밀폐홈이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 고압 연료탱크용 엔드플러그장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바디부의 상단 외주에는 확관단턱이 형성되며, 설정된 위치로 회전된 상기 로터리결합부는 상기 확관단턱의 하면 및 상기 보스부의 상면 테두리 사이에서 가압 클램핑되어 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 고압 연료탱크용 엔드플러그장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바디부의 상부 중앙에 상기 중공유로와 연통되도록 형성된 확장체결부의 내주에 상기 안전밸브의 외주가 나사 체결되며,
상기 방사관통부는 상기 확장체결부의 내측단에 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 고압 연료탱크용 엔드플러그장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 안전밸브는
상기 확장체결부에 체결되되, 상부에 감응공간이 형성되며, 하부에 지지커버가 형성되는 밸브케이스와,
상기 지지커버의 가장자리를 따라 배치되되 가열시 용융되는 가용합금과,
상기 가용합금의 외면에 안착되되, 상부에 상기 가용합금이 용융시 수용되는 안전수용부가 형성되고 하부에 외측으로 확관된 도피홈부가 형성되는 승강슬리브와,
상기 승강슬리브의 내주에 삽입 배치되되, 내부에 안내홀이 형성되고 중앙부에 도피홀이 형성되는 가이더와,
상기 안내홀에 삽입 배치되되, 외주에 밀폐를 위한 밀봉링이 구비된 밀폐돌기가 상기 중공유로에 밀폐식 삽입되는 안전피스톤과,
상기 안내홀 상측 테두리와 상기 안전피스톤의 상단부 사이에 삽입되는 복수개의 안전볼과,
상기 승강슬리브의 하단과 상기 감응공간의 하단면 사이에 상기 승강슬리브를 탄발 가압하도록 개재되는 코일형 스프링을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고압 연료탱크용 엔드플러그장치.
