- 강판의 양면에, Zn 계 도금층을 구비한 열간 프레스 부재로서,
강판의 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층의 Zn 부착량이 5 ∼ 35 g/㎡ 이고,
또한 Zn 계 도금층 표면의 평균 선 조도 Ra 가 2.5 ㎛ 이하이고,
강판의 다른 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층 표면의 평균 선 조도 Ra 가 3.5 ㎛ 이상인, 열간 프레스 부재. - 강판의 양면에, Zn 계 도금층을 구비한 열간 프레스용 강판으로서,
강판의 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층의 Zn 부착량이 5 ∼ 35 g/㎡ 이고,
강판의 다른 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층의 Zn 부착량이 40 ∼ 120 g/㎡ 이고,
제 1 항에 기재된 열간 프레스 부재에 사용되는, 열간 프레스용 강판. - 제 1 항에 기재된 열간 프레스 부재의 제조 방법으로서,
강판의 양면에, Zn 계 도금층을 구비하고,
강판의 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층의 Zn 부착량이 5 ∼ 35 g/㎡ 이고,
강판의 다른 일방의 면의 Zn 계 도금층의 Zn 부착량이 40 ∼ 120 g/㎡ 인 열간 프레스용 강판을,
실온으로부터 Ac3 변태점 ∼ 1000 ℃ 의 온도 범위로 5 초 이상 600 초 이하의 시간으로 승온시키고, 추가로, Ac3 변태점 ∼ 1000 ℃ 의 온도 범위로 300 초 이하의 시간 유지한 후,
열간 프레스하는, 열간 프레스 부재의 제조 방법.
