- 도 1은 본 발명에 따른 생체적합성 금속 재료의 과립의 전체 사시도를 도시하고;
- 도 2는 도 1의 과립의 단면을 도시하고;
- 도 3은 도 2의 동일한 단면도의 개략도를 도시하고;
- 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 과립의 섬유주 부분(trabeculated part)의 도드-씬 구조(dode-thin structure)를 나타내는 개략적인 사시도를 도시하고;
- 도 5a 및 5b, 및 도 6a 및 6b는 본 발명에 따른 과립의 섬유주의 알려져 있는 도드-씬 구조를 도시한다.
Claims (7)
- 척추성형술(vertebroplasty) 수술을 위한, 생체적합성 금속 재료로 제조된 과립(10)으로서, 상기 과립(10)은 구형의 형상을 갖고, 중앙 코어(13)를 포함하며, 상기 중앙 코어(13)는 중실(solid) 구조를 갖고, 또한 구형이며, 외부 표면(13a)을 갖고, 상기 중앙 코어(13)의 외부 표면(13a)으로부터, 서로 직교하는 2개의 직경에 따라 배열된, 중실 구조를 또한 갖는 제1 직경 리브(diametrical rib)(11) 및 제2 직경 리브(12)가 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 과립(10)은 상기 중앙 코어(13)의 상기 외부 표면(13a) 및 상기 과립 자체의 외부 표면(10a) 사이에서 연장되는 섬유주 구조(trabeculated structure)(14)를 갖는 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 직경 리브(11) 및 상기 제2 직경 리브(12)가 상기 과립(10)의 상기 중앙 코어(13)로부터 상기 외부 표면(10a)까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 외부 직경 (c)이 3.3 mm과 같고, 상기 중앙 코어(13)의 직경 (b)이 2.5 mm와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 직경 리브(11) 및 상기 제2 직경 리브(12) 각각이 0.5 mm와 같은 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과립(10)이 EBM 신속 프로토타이핑(prototyping) 기술에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유주 구조(14)를 갖는 상기 부분이 400 내지 800 미크론(micron) 범위의 평균 다공도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유주 구조(14)를 갖는 상기 부분이 "도드-씬(dode-thin)" 요소로 구성된 EBM 기술에 의해 제조된 섬유주(trabeculation)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 과립(10).
