Claims (11)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 플라스틱 폐기물의 열분해에 의해 생성된 액체 생성물을 포함하고 지방족 탄화수소, 극성 성분, 및 임의로 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림으로부터 지방족 탄화수소를 회수하는 방법으로, 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림의 총 중량을 기준으로 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림에서 임의의 방향족 탄화수소의 양은 최대 20 중량%인, 방법:
상기 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림을 제1 컬럼에 공급하는 단계;
유기 용매를 포함하는 제1 용매 스트림을 상기 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림이 공급되는 위치보다 더 높은 위치에서 상기 제1 컬럼에 공급하고, 상기 제1 용매 스트림에서 상기 유기 용매는 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 단계;
상기 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림의 적어도 일부를 상기 제1 용매 스트림의 적어도 일부와 접촉시키는 단계;
극성 성분 및 임의로 방향족 탄화수소를 유기 용매로 액체-액체 추출하여 상기 지방족 탄화수소의 적어도 일부를 회수하여, 회수된 지방족 탄화수소 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 상부 스트림 및 유기 용매, 극성 성분 및 임의로 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 상기 제1 컬럼으로부터의 하부 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
상기 제1 컬럼으로부터의 상기 상부 스트림을 제2 컬럼에 공급하는 단계;
물을 포함하는 제2 용매 스트림을, 상기 제1 컬럼으로부터의 상기 상부 스트림이 공급되는 위치보다 더 높은 위치에서 상기 제2 컬럼으로 공급하는 단계;
상기 제1 컬럼으로부터의 상기 상부 스트림의 적어도 일부를 상기 제2 용매 스트림의 적어도 일부와 접촉시키는 단계; 및
유기 용매를 물로 액체-액체 추출하여, 상기 제1 컬럼으로부터의 상기 상부 스트림으로부터의 상기 유기 용매의 적어도 일부를 제거하여, 회수된 지방족 탄화수소를 포함하는 상기 제2 컬럼으로부터의 상부 스트림, 및 물 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 상기 제2 컬럼으로부터의 하부 스트림을 생성하는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 탄화수소 공급원료 스트림에서 30 내지 300℃의 비등점을 갖는 지방족 탄화수소 대 300 초과 내지 600℃의 비등점을 갖는 지방족 탄화수소의 중량비가 99:1 내지 1:99인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 회수된 지방족 탄화수소 및 선택적으로 유기 용매를 포함하는 상기 스트림은 회수된 지방족 탄화수소 및 유기 용매를 포함하며, 유기 용매는 회수된 지방족 탄화수소 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 상기 스트림으로부터 분리되고 상기 제1 컬럼으로 재순환되는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 용매 스트림에서 상기 유기 용매는 모노에틸렌 글리콜, 모노프로필렌 글리콜 및 부탄디올의 임의의 이성질체를 포함하는 디올 및 트리올; 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 테트라에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 올리고에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 글리콜 에테르, 및 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸에테르를 포함하는 이의 에테르; N-메틸피롤리돈을 포함하는, 알킬기가 1 내지 8개의 또는 1 내지 3개의 탄소 원자를 함유할 수 있는 N-알킬피롤리돈을 포함하는 아미드, 및 디메틸 포름아미드를 포함하는, 알킬기가 1 내지 8개의 또는 1 내지 3개의 탄소 원자를 함유할 수 있는 디알킬 포름아미드; 디메틸설폭사이드를 포함하는, 알킬기가 1 내지 8개의 또는 1 내지 3개의 탄소 원자를 함유할 수 있는 디알킬설폭사이드; 설포란; N-포르밀 모르폴린; 및 푸르푸랄, 2-메틸-푸란 및 푸르푸릴 알코올을 포함하는 푸란 고리 함유 성분으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법.
