도 6및 7은 분리한 메틸로투비마이크로븀 속(Methylotuvimicrobium sp.) KM1 균주의 스쿠알렌 생산능을 확인한 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 스쿠알렌 생산능을 갖는, 수탁번호 KCTC15734BP인 메틸로투비마이크로븀 속(Methylotuvimicrobium sp.) KM1 균주.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 균주는 해수에서 분리된 것인, 메틸로투비마이크로븀 속 KM1 균주.
- 청구항 1의 균주를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 스쿠알렌을 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 배양은 메탄 및 산소 존재 하에 수행되는 것인, 스쿠알렌을 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 배양된 균주 또는 이의 배양산물로부터 스쿠알렌을 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 스쿠알렌을 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 배양산물은 균주의 배양물, 배양상등액, 파쇄물 또는 이들의 분획물인, 스쿠알렌을 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 의 균주 또는 이의 배양산물을 포함하는 스쿠알렌 생산용 조성물.
