Claims (7)
- 열가소성 액정 폴리머로 이루어지는 절연 필름을 2장의 금속박 사이에 끼운 구성을 갖는 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
한 쌍의 엔드리스 벨트 사이에 상기 절연 필름과 2장의 상기 금속박을 연속적으로 공급하는 공급 공정,
상기 엔드리스 벨트 사이에서 상기 절연 필름을 2장의 상기 금속박 사이에 끼운 상태로 가열 가압하여 적층체로 만드는 가열 가압 공정, 및
상기 적층체를 냉각시키는 냉각 공정을 갖고,
상기 절연 필름은 두께가 10~500μm, 면배향도가 30% 이상, MD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 -40~0ppm/K, TD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 0~120ppm/K이고,
상기 열가소성 액정 폴리머의 융점을 Tm(℃)이라 했을 때, 상기 가열 가압 공정에서의 가열 온도 T(℃)가 (Tm+20)<T≤(Tm+70)을 만족하고,
상기 가열 가압 공정에서의 압력이 0.5~10MPa이고,
상기 가열 가압 공정에서의 가열 가압 시간이 30~360초인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 상기 금속박을 제거한 후의 열가소성 액정 폴리머층은 면배향도가 30% 미만, MD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 0~40ppm/K, TD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 0~40ppm/K인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속박이 동박인 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 열가소성 액정 폴리머로 이루어지는 절연 필름을 2장의 금속박 사이에 끼운 구성을 갖는 양면 금속 클래드 적층체로서,
제1항에 기재된 양면 금속 클래드 적층체의 제조 방법으로 제조되고,
상기 금속박을 제거한 후의 열가소성 액정 폴리머층은 면배향도가 30% 미만, MD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 0~40ppm/K, TD 방향의 평균 선팽창률이 0~40ppm/K인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 금속 클래드 적층체. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속박이 동박인 양면 금속 클래드 적층체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 기재된 양면 금속 클래드 적층체를 이용한 전자 회로 기판.
