Claims (6)
- 배기 가스에 포함되는 암모니아를 분해하는 암모니아 분해용 촉매로서,
Pt 및 Pd 를 포함하는 합금을 담지한 무기 산화물과,
제올라이트를 함유하고,
Pt 및 Pd 를 포함하는 합금이, Pt 와 Pd 에 의한 금속간 화합물이 형성되어 있는 것이며, XAFS 분석에 의해 얻어지는 Pt 원자의 주위의 Pd 원자의 배위수가 0.8 이상인, 암모니아 분해용 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 산화물이, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 실리카, 알루미나, 및 세리아 지르코니아 복합 산화물 또는 고용체에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인, 암모니아 분해용 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트가 β 형 제올라이트인, 암모니아 분해용 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트가 구리 이온 교환 제올라이트인, 암모니아 분해용 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Pt 와 상기 Pd 의 질량 비율 (Pt/Pd) 이 0.1 ∼ 10 인, 암모니아 분해용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 암모니아 분해용 촉매와, 암모니아를 포함하는 배기 가스를 접촉시켜, 암모니아를 분해하는 공정을 포함하는, 배기 가스의 처리 방법.
