Claims (8)
- 검체로부터 잘라내진 검체편의 형광 관찰을 행하는 형광 관찰 장치로서,
상기 검체편이 재치되는 트레이와,
상기 검체편에 조사하는 여기광을 발생시키는 광원부와,
상기 검체편으로부터의 형광을 검출하는 검출부와,
상기 검출부로부터의 검출 신호에 기초하여 상기 검체편의 형광 화상을 생성하는 화상 생성부를 구비하고,
상기 트레이는 해당 트레이의 중앙 영역의 주위에 마련된 복수의 재치 영역을 구비함과 아울러, 상기 검체에 대한 상기 검체편의 절출(切出) 방위와 상기 중앙 영역에 대한 상기 재치 영역의 방위를 대응짓는 표지부를 구비하는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 트레이는 상기 여기광의 조사에 의해서 기준이 되는 강도의 형광을 발생시키는 참조부를 구비하는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 참조부는 상기 중앙 영역에 마련되어 있는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 재치 영역은 칸막이 부재에 의해서 서로 나누어져 있는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재치 영역에는 상기 검체편을 고정하는 고정부가 마련되어 있는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 재치 영역에 배치되는 디쉬를 더 구비하고,
상기 디쉬에는 상기 검체편을 고정하는 고정부가 마련되어 있는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 화상 생성부는 상기 검출부에서의 상기 형광의 검출의 명도 분포를 보유하고, 상기 명도 분포에 기초하여 상기 형광 화상의 쉐이딩 보정을 행하는 형광 관찰 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 화상 생성부는 상기 검체편의 형광의 관찰 결과와 상기 재치 영역을 대응지은 결과 화상을 생성하는 형광 관찰 장치.
