Abstract
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 실시예에 따른 컨버터는 기판에 전기적으로 연결된 전자 부품; 상기 전자 부품과 접촉하는 절연시트; 및 상기 절연시트와 접촉하는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 절연시트는 복수의 홀을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 홀에는 열전도 접착제가 배치되고, 상기 열전도 접착제의 상면은 상기 전자 부품과 접촉하고, 상기 열전도 접착제의 하면은 상기 하우징과 접촉한다.

Claims (5)
- 기판에 전기적으로 연결된 전자 부품;
상기 전자 부품과 접촉하는 절연시트; 및
상기 절연시트와 접촉하는 하우징을 포함하고,
상기 절연시트는 복수의 홀을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 홀에는 열전도 접착제가 배치되고,
상기 열전도 접착제의 상면은 상기 전자 부품과 접촉하고,
상기 열전도 접착제의 하면은 상기 하우징과 접촉하고,
상기 절연시트 몸체의 단면은 굴곡형상으로 형성되고,
상기 복수의 홀은 슬릿 형상으로 형성되고,
상기 절연시트는 점성을 가지고,
상기 전자 부품은 FET 스위칭 소자이고,
상기 전자 부품은 몸체부, 상기 몸체부의 일측면에서 연장되어 상기 기판에 전기적으로 연결되는 리드, 및 상기 몸체부의 하면에 상기 FET 스위칭 소자의 내부 금속이 외부로 노출되는 금속 노출부를 포함하고,
상기 금속 노출부는 상기 절연시트와 접촉하는 컨버터.
