도 2 및 도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치를 나타낸 개략적인 블록도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치에서 한 화소를 나타내는 회로도이다.
도 6 및 도 7은 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치에서 구현되는 인공 신경망의 개략적인 개념도이다.
도 8 내지 도 10은 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치에서 화소들에 인공 신경망 알고리즘이 적용되는 일 예를 개략적으로 나타내는 구성도이다.

Claims (20)
- 복수의 스캔 라인 및 복수의 데이터 라인에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소;
발광 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 데이터 전압을 공급하고, 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 신경망 입력 전압을 공급하는 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 화소 중 적어도 하나 이상의 화소를 이용하여 딥러닝 연산을 수행하기 위한 미리 결정된 가중치를 반영하여 생성된, 가중치 제어 신호를 상기 데이터 구동부로 공급하는 타이밍 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 화소는 복수의 제1 화소 및 복수의 제2 화소를 포함하고,
상기 발광 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 발광하고,
상기 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 상기 딥러닝 연산을 수행하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 가중치 제어 신호에 기초하여 생성된 상기 신경망 입력 전압을 상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 제공하는 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 비발광되는 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 복수의 제2 화소와 연결되는 활성 회로를 더 포함하고,
상기 활성 회로는 연결된 상기 복수의 제2 화소로부터 상기 딥러닝 연산에 대응하는 활성 전류를 입력받고, 상기 활성 전류에 대응하는 신경망 출력 전압을 상기 타이밍 제어부로 공급하는 표시 장치. - 제5항에서,
상기 타이밍 제어부는 상기 신경망 출력 전압에 상기 미리 결정된 가중치를 반영하여 상기 가중치 제어 신호를 생성하는 표시 장치. - 제5항에서,
상기 활성 회로는 상기 복수의 제2 화소가 배치되는 화소 행 마다 적어도 하나 이상으로 배치되는 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 활성 회로는 커런트 미러 회로인 표시 장치. - 복수의 스캔 라인 및 복수의 데이터 라인에 연결된 복수의 제1 화소, 복수의 스캔 라인, 복수의 데이터 라인, 복수의 발광 제어 라인 및 복수의 신경망 라인에 연결된 복수의 제2 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소와 연결된 활성 회로를 포함하는 표시부;
상기 복수의 스캔 라인에 스캔 신호를 제공하는 스캔 구동부;
상기 복수의 신경망 라인에 신경망 제어 신호를 제공하는 신경망 구동부;
상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 데이터 전압 또는 신경망 입력 전압을 제공하는 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 스캔 구동부, 상기 신경망 구동부 및 상기 데이터 구동부가 구동되기 위한 제어 신호를 각각 제공하는 타이밍 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 타이밍 제어부는,
상기 활성 회로로부터 수신된 신경망 출력 전압을 기초로 가중치를 반영하여 생성된 가중치 제어 신호를 상기 데이터 구동부에 제공하고, 상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 가중치 제어 신호에 기초하여 생성된 상기 신경망 입력 전압을 상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 제공하며,
상기 표시부가 발광 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 발광하고,
상기 표시부가 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 딥러닝 연산을 수행하는 표시 장치. - 제9항에서,
상기 인공 신경망 모드에서, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소의 발광 소자들이 발광하지 않는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 복수의 제1 화소 중 각각의 제1 화소는,
제1 전원에 연결된 제1 전극, 발광 소자의 애노드에 연결된 제2 전극 및 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 데이터 라인에 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 연결된 제2 전극 및 상기 스캔 라인에 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 트랜지스터에 연결된 상기 발광 소자를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
복수의 발광 제어 라인에 발광 제어 신호를 순차적으로 제공하는 발광 제어 구동부를 더 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제2 화소는 상기 복수의 발광 제어 라인에 각각 연결된 표시 장치. - 제12항에서,
상기 복수의 제2 화소 중 각각의 제2 화소는,
제1 전원에 연결된 제1 전극, 제1 노드에 연결된 제2 전극 및 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 데이터 라인에 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 연결된 제2 전극, 및 상기 스캔 라인에 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 노드에 연결된 제1 전극, 발광 소자의 애노드에 연결된 제2 전극, 및 발광 제어 라인에 연결된 제3 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 노드에 연결된 제1 전극, 제2 노드에 연결된 제2 전극 및 제4 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제3 트랜지스터에 연결된 상기 발광 소자를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제13항에서,
상기 표시부가 상기 발광 모드일 때,
상기 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호에 대응하여 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 제1 트랜지스터로 전달하며,
상기 제1 트랜지스터는 상기 데이터 전압에 대응하여 상기 제3 트랜지스터를 통해 상기 발광 소자로 흐르는 구동 전류를 제어하고,
상기 발광 소자는 상기 제3 트랜지스터를 통해 공급되는 상기 구동 전류에 대응하여 발광하는 표시 장치. - 제13항에서,
상기 표시부가 상기 인공 신경망 모드일 때,
상기 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호에 대응하여 상기 신경망 입력 전압을 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 전달하고,
상기 제1 트랜지스터는 상기 신경망 입력 전압에 대응하여 상기 제1 노드에 인가되는 제1 노드 전류를 제어하고,
상기 제4 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 노드 전류에 대응하는 활성 전류를 상기 제2 노드에 출력하는 표시 장치. - 제15항에서,
상기 활성 회로는 상기 제2 노드와 출력 단자 사이에 접속되고,
상기 출력 단자는 상기 타이밍 제어부와 신경망 출력 라인을 통해 연결되어, 상기 타이밍 제어부에 상기 신경망 출력 전압을 전달하는 표시 장치. - 제16항에서,
상기 활성 회로는 커런트 미러 회로인 표시 장치. - 제17항에서,
상기 활성 회로는 상기 제2 노드를 기점으로 상기 복수의 제2 회로 중 적어도 하나의 제2 회로와 연결되고,
상기 제2 노드에는 상기 복수의 제2 회로 중 적어도 하나의 제2 회로에 대응하는 상기 활성 전류가 인가되는 표시 장치. - 복수의 스캔 라인, 복수의 데이터 라인, 복수의 발광 제어 라인 및 복수의 신경망 라인에 연결된 복수의 화소 및 상기 복수의 화소에 연결된 활성 회로를 포함하는 표시부;
상기 복수의 스캔 라인에 스캔 신호를 순차적으로 제공하는 스캔 구동부;
상기 복수의 발광 제어 라인에 발광 제어 신호를 순차적으로 제공하는 발광 제어 구동부;
상기 복수의 신경망 라인에 신경망 제어 신호를 순차적으로 제공하는 신경망 구동부;
상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 데이터 전압 또는 신경망 입력 전압을 순차적으로 제공하는 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 스캔 구동부, 상기 발광 제어 구동부, 상기 신경망 구동부 및 상기 데이터 구동부가 구동되기 위한 제어 신호를 각각 제공하는 타이밍 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 타이밍 제어부는,
상기 활성 회로로부터 수신된 신경망 출력 전압을 기초로 가중치를 반영하여 생성된 가중치 제어 신호를 상기 데이터 구동부에 제공하고, 상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 가중치 제어 신호에 기초하여 생성된 상기 신경망 입력 전압을 상기 복수의 데이터 라인에 제공하며,
상기 복수의 화소는 복수의 제1 화소 및 복수의 제2 화소를 포함하고,
상기 표시부가 발광 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 발광하고,
상기 표시부가 인공 신경망 모드로 구동될 때, 상기 복수의 제2 화소는 딥러닝 연산을 수행하는 표시 장치. - 제19항에서,
상기 인공 신경망 모드에서, 상기 복수의 제1 화소 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소의 발광 소자들이 발광하지 않는 표시 장치.
