Claims (20)
- 프로세서를 포함하는 컴퓨터 시스템을 통해 가상 콘텐츠 권한(virtual content right)들을 사용하여 가상 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 액세스를 관리하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해, 상기 가상 환경의 사용자를 가상 환경 객체로 표현되는 상기 디지털 콘텐츠와 관련하여 취득된 가상 콘텐츠 권한들과 연관시키는 데이터를 포함하는 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 제공하는 단계;
상기 프로세서에서, 상기 디지털 콘텐츠의 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당(assignment)에 대한 요청을 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 수신하는 단계 - 상기 사용자는 상기 디바이스를 사용하여 상기 프로세서와 인터페이스함 -;
상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해, 상기 사용자에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당을 나타내기 위해 상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 업데이트하는 단계;
상기 프로세서에서, 노래들을 포함하는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 보유하는(holding) 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 노래들 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 가상 믹스 테이프(virtual mix tape)를 생성하는 단계;
상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해, 상기 가상 환경 내에서 상기 사용자에 의한 상기 가상 믹스 테이프의 공유를 나타내기 위해 상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 업데이트하는 단계; 및
상기 프로세서에서, 빈 가상 믹스 테이프(blank virtual mix tape)를 구입하기 위한 요청을 수신하는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가상 믹스 테이프의 공유는 상기 가상 믹스 테이프의 전송(transferring), 대여(lending), 임대(renting), 판매(selling), 복사(copying), 및 결합(combining) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 방법.

상기 사용자가 이제 상기 가상 환경 내에서 다른 사용자들에게 상기 2세대 가상 믹스 테이프를 자유롭게 판매(sell), 거래(trade), 또는 양도(give away)할 수 있는 허가(permission)를 상기 사용자 디바이스에 전송하는 단계

를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가상 믹스 테이프는 상기 가상 믹스 테이프의 공유를 개인화하기 위한 아트워크(artwork)들, 로고(logo)들, 글(writing)들, 및 기타 아이템들 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
다른 사용자들에 의한 디지털 콘텐츠의 사용에 대해 사용자 계정 데이터베이스 내의 사용자의 계정에 설정된 양을 추가하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 사용자는 상기 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 보유하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서에서, 상기 사용자에 의해 소유된 노래들에 대한 액세스를 거래함으로써 상기 사용자의 가상 믹스 테이프에 다른 사용자들의 노래들을 추가하기 위한 요청을 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 수신하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 다른 사용자들은 추가될 노래들에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 보유하는, 방법. - 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 사용하여 가상 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 액세스를 관리하기 위한 시스템으로서,
상기 가상 환경의 사용자를 가상 환경 객체로 표현되는 상기 디지털 콘텐츠와 관련하여 취득된 가상 콘텐츠 권한들과 연관시키는 데이터를 포함하는 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스;
상기 디지털 콘텐츠의 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당에 대한 요청을 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 수신하기 위한 프로세서 - 상기 사용자는 상기 디바이스를 사용하여 상기 프로세서와 인터페이스하고, 상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스는 상기 사용자에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당을 나타내기 위해 업데이트됨 -
를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는 노래들을 포함하는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 보유하는 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 노래들 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 가상 믹스 테이프를 생성하고,
상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스는 상기 가상 환경 내에서 상기 사용자에 의한 가상 믹스 테이프의 공유를 나타내기 위해 업데이트되고,
빈 가상 믹스 테이프(blank virtual mix tape)를 구입하기 위한 요청을 수신하는, 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 2세대 가상 믹스 테이프를 제작하기 위해 빈 가상 믹스 테이프에 상기 노래들 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 가상 믹스 테이프를 복사하기 위한 요청을 수신하는, 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 상기 사용자가 이제 상기 가상 환경 내에서 다른 사용자들에게 상기 2세대 가상 믹스 테이프를 자유롭게 판매, 거래, 또는 양도할 수 있는 허가를 상기 사용자 디바이스에 전송하는, 시스템.

상기 가상 믹스 테이프를 개인화하기 위한 비디오들, 오디오들, 사진들, 및 기타 미디어 아이템들 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 포함하는, 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가상 믹스 테이프는 상기 가상 믹스 테이프를 개인화하기 위한 아트워크들, 로고들, 글들, 및 기타 아이템들 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 시스템.

상기 가상 환경의 사용자를 가상 환경 객체로 표현되는 상기 디지털 콘텐츠와 관련하여 취득된 가상 콘텐츠 권한들과 연관시키는 데이터를 포함하는 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 제공하게 하고,
상기 디지털 콘텐츠의 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당에 대한 요청을 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 수신하게 하고 - 상기 사용자는 상기 디바이스를 사용하여 프로세서와 인터페이스함 -,
상기 사용자에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들의 할당을 나타내기 위해 상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 업데이트하게 하고,
노래들을 포함하는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 가상 콘텐츠 권한들을 보유하는 상기 사용자의 디바이스로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 노래들 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 가상 믹스 테이프를 생성하게 하고,
상기 가상 환경 내에서 상기 사용자에 의한 상기 가상 믹스 테이프의 공유를 나타내기 위해 상기 가상 콘텐츠 권한들 데이터베이스를 업데이트하게 하고,
빈 가상 믹스 테이프(blank virtual mix tape)를 구입하기 위한 요청을 수신하게 하는, 비일시적 컴퓨터 판독가능 저장 매체.
