Claims (10)
- 일측으로 갈수록 원주방향을 따라 반경 외측으로 확장되되, 중앙부에 관통홀이 관통 형성되고 상기 관통홀과 구분된 토출유로가 길이방향으로 일체로 형성된 보스부;
일단부가 상기 보스부의 확장된 일측 외곽을 감싸며 인서트 사출되어 밀폐 결합되고, 내부에 유체가 수용되도록 상기 관통홀 및 상기 토출유로와 연통되는 수용공간이 형성되는 고밀도 폴리머 소재의 라이너부;
상기 보스부 및 상기 라이너부의 외면을 감싸는 형태로 밀착 커버되는 복합재료 소재의 복합커버부; 및
상기 토출유로에 구비되되, 상기 수용공간에 압축 충진된 상기 유체가 기설정된 기준 이상으로 팽창 가능한 조건에서 배출되도록 상기 토출유로를 선택적으로 개방하는 안전장치를 포함하되,
상기 토출유로는 상기 수용공간 내부와 상기 보스부의 외부를 연통시키도록 상기 관통홀의 내주 및 상기 보스부의 외면 사이에 기설정된 두께로 형성된 몸체부를 길이방향으로 일체로 관통하여 적어도 하나 이상 형성되며,
상기 안전장치는 상기 라이너부의 내부 온도가 기설정된 온도 이상인 경우 상기 토출유로를 개방하는 온도감응형 안전장치와, 상기 라이너부의 내부 압력이 기설정된 압력 이상인 경우 상기 토출유로를 개방하는 압력감응형 안전장치 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력 용기. - 삭제

상기 온도감응형 안전장치는
상기 토출유로의 일측에 구비되어 선택적으로 폐쇄하는 밀폐부와,
상기 밀폐부의 타측에 구비되어 상기 밀폐부를 상기 토출유로의 일측으로 구속하되, 상기 라이너부의 내부 온도가 상기 기설정된 온도 이상으로 상승시 파열되는 기설정된 부피를 갖는 중공형 비드 형태의 구속부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력 용기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 온도감응형 안전장치는
상기 토출유로를 폐쇄하는 디스크형으로 구비되되, 상기 라이너부의 내부 온도가 상기 기설정된 온도 이상으로 상승시 용융되어 상기 토출유로를 개방하도록 녹는점이 상기 기설정된 온도 이하인 용융합금으로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 압력 용기. - 삭제

상기 압력감응형 안전장치는
상기 토출유로를 가로질러 폐쇄하는 디스크부와;
상기 라이너부의 내부 압력이 상기 기설정된 압력 이상인 경우 상기 디스크부가 파열되도록 상기 디스크부를 가압하는 가압부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력 용기. - 삭제
