Claims (13)
- 수소탱크에 수소를 충전하는 수소 충전 장치로서,
상기 수소탱크에 연결되며, 상기 수소탱크에 수소를 공급하는 수소공급노즐; 및
상기 수소탱크의 내부에 잔류하는 잔류 수소를 상기 수소공급노즐을 따라 공급되는 충전 수소와 혼합하는 혼합부; 및
상기 수소공급노즐에 마련되며, 상기 수소공급노즐을 따라 상기 수소탱크로 공급되는 상기 충전 수소를 선택적으로 차단하는 차단부;
를 포함하고,
상기 차단부는,
상기 수소공급노즐의 내부에 탄성적으로 압축 및 팽창 가능하게 마련되는 다공성 탄성 구조체; 및
상기 수소공급노즐의 내부에 마련되며, 상기 충전 수소의 공급 압력에 따라 선택적으로 상기 다공성 탄성 구조체를 가압하는 가압부재;를 포함하고,
상기 가압부재에 의해 압축되는 상기 다공성 탄성 구조체의 압축률이 기설정된 범위에 도달하면, 상기 다공성 탄성 구조체에 의해 상기 수소공급노즐이 차단되는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수소공급노즐의 출구단은 상기 수소탱크의 내부 공간으로 돌출되게 배치되는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합부는,
상기 수소공급노즐보다 확장된 단면적을 갖도록 상기 수소공급노즐의 출구단을 감싸도록 마련되는 가이드노즐을 포함하되,
상기 가이드노즐은, 상기 잔류 수소가 유입되는 제1통로, 및 상기 잔류 수소와 상기 충전 수소가 혼합되어 분사되는 제2통로를 포함하는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합부는,
상기 수소공급노즐의 벽면에 관통 형성되며 상기 잔류 수소가 유입되는 유입홀을 포함하는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유입홀은 상기 수소공급노즐의 길이 방향을 따라 이격되게 복수개가 형성되는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유입홀은 상기 수소공급노즐의 입구단에서 출구단을 향해 경사지게 형성되는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유입홀은 상기 수소공급노즐의 둘레를 나선형(spiral)으로 감싸도록 형성되는 수소 충전 장치.

상기 제1스토퍼와 이격되게 상기 수소공급노즐의 내부에 마련되며, 상기 다공성 탄성 구조체의 이동을 선택적으로 구속하는 제2스토퍼;
를 포함하는 수소 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 탄성 구조체는 형상 기억 합금 재질로 형성되는 수소 충전 장치.
