Claims (18)
- 하나의 리저버 탱크에 저장된 냉각수를 전장품 냉각 회로와 배터리 냉각 회로에 각각 공급하기 위한 것으로,
상기 리저버 탱크와 연결되는 메인 바디;
상기 전장품 냉각 회로와 상기 배터리 냉각 회로에 포함된 워터펌프들이 장착되도록 상기 메인 바디에 형성되는 워터펌프 장착부; 및
상기 배터리 냉각 회로에 포함된 냉각수 밸브가 장착되도록 상기 메인 바디에 형성되는 밸브 장착부; 를 포함하되,
상기 메인 바디는
전장품과 배터리를 분리 냉각하거나, 상기 전장품과, 상기 배터리를 통합하여 냉각할 경우, 내부로 유입된 냉각수의 유동을 분배하기 위한 적어도 하나의 격벽을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인 바디의 상부에는
상기 리저버 탱크에 직접 연결되도록 연결포트가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 워터펌프 장착부는

상기 밸브 장착부에 장착되는 상기 냉각수 밸브의 작동제어를 통해 상기 밸브 장착부로부터 상기 메인 바디의 내부에 냉각수가 유입될 경우, 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제2 워터펌프 장착부를 향하여 일부만 유동되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제3, 제4 격벽은
상기 칠러 연결부로부터 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제1 워터펌프 장착부를 향하여 일부만 유동되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방지하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 장착부에는
상기 메인 바디와 별도로 형성되는 유입포트;
상기 메인 바디의 내부와 연통되도록 상기 밸브 장착부와 상기 메인 바디를 일체로 연결하는 제1 배출구; 및
상기 메인 바디와는 별도로 형성되는 제2 배출구;
가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제11항에 있어서,
전장품과 배터리를 분리 냉각할 경우,
상기 리저버 탱크로부터 상기 메인 바디로 유입된 냉각수는 상기 제1 워터펌프의 작동을 통해 상기 제1 워터펌프 장착부로 유동되면서, 상기 전장품 냉각 회로로 공급되고,
상기 칠러 연결부로부터 상기 메인 바디로 유입된 냉각수는 상기 제2 워터펌프의 작동을 통해 상기 제2 워터펌프 장착부로 유동되면서, 상기 배터리 냉각 회로로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 전장품과 상기 배터리를 분리 냉각할 경우,
상기 제1, 및 제2 워터펌프는 각각 동일한 회전속도로 작동되거나, 상기 제1 워터펌프의 회전속도 보다 상기 제2 워터펌프가 더 빠른 회전속도로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 전장품과 상기 배터리를 통합하여 냉각할 경우,
상기 리저버 탱크로부터 상기 메인 바디로 유입된 냉각수는 상기 제2 워터펌프의 작동을 통해 상기 제2 워터펌프 장착부로 유동되면서, 상기 배터리 냉각 회로로 공급되고,
상기 리저버 탱크로부터 상기 메인 바디로 유입된 일부의 냉각수와, 상기 배터리 냉각 회로를 통과하여 상기 밸브 장착부로부터 상기 메인 바디의 내부로 유입된 냉각수는 상기 제1 워터펌프의 작동을 통해 상기 제1 워터펌프 장착부로 유동되면서, 상기 전장품 냉각 회로로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 장착부는
상기 메인 바디의 하부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 메인 바디, 상기 워터펌프 장착부, 상기 밸브 장착부, 및 상기 칠러 연결부는
일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 칠러 연결부는
상기 칠러에 냉각수를 유입 및 배출이 가능하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 칠러는
상기 칠러 연결부에 직접 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각수 급수 모듈.
