Claims (20)
- 색변환 기판 상에 위치하며 반도체 나노 결정을 포함하는 제1 색변환층 및 제2 색변환층, 그리고 투과층을 포함하고,
이웃하는 상기 제1 색변환층 및 상기 제2 색변환층 사이의 제1 간격과 상기 제1 색변환층 및 상기 제2 색변환층 중 어느 하나와 인접한 상기 투과층 사이의 제2 간격은 상이하고,
상기 색변환 기판과 상기 제1 색변환층 및 상기 제2 색변환층 사이에 위치하는 청색광 컷팅 필터를 포함하고,
상기 제1 색변환층과 중첩하는 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터와 상기 제2 색변환층과 중첩하는 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터는 서로 연결되고,
상기 제1 색변환층과 중첩하는 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 두께와 상기 제2 색변환층과 중첩하는 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 두께가 상이한 색변환 표시판. - 제1항에서,
