도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따라, 단일 원자 세륨이 도핑된 알루미나 담체(Ce-Al2O3)와 세리아가 포함된 알루미나 담체(CeO2-Al2O3)의 Ce3d X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) 측정 결과이다.

Claims (19)
- 단일 원자 세륨(Ce)이 도핑되어 있는 금속산화물 담체; 및
상기 금속산화물 담체에 담지된 하나의 활성 금속 성분을 포함하고,
상기 단일 원자 세륨(Ce)은 Ce3d-XPS 스펙트럼에서
(u``` 피크의 면적) / (Ce3d 스펙트럼의 전체 면적) × 100(%) < 1(%) (u```는 Ce3d-XPS 스펙트럼의 917 eV에서 나타나는 Ce4+의 특성 피크를 나타냄)의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일 원자 세륨(Ce) 함량은 상기 금속 촉매 대비 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 알루미나(Al2O3) 및 알루미네이트(MAl2O4, 여기서, M = Mg, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn에서 1종 이상 선택됨)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 금속 성분은 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 루테늄(Ru), 로듐(Rh), 이리듐(Ir), 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 몰리브덴(Mo), 망간(Mn), 금(Au), 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 갈륨(Ga) 및 아연(Zn)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 금속 성분의 함량은 0.01 내지 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 금속 촉매의 제조방법:
(a) 세륨(Ce) 전구체, 금속산화물 전구체 및 활성 금속 성분 전구체를 혼합하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 에이징(aging)시키는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 건조 및 열처리시키는 단계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 세륨(Ce) 전구체는 세륨 나이트레이트(cerium nitrate), 세륨 플로라이드(cerium fluoride), 세륨 포스페이트(cerium phosphate), 세륨 클로라이드(cerium chloride) 및 세륨 설페이트(cerium sulfate)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서
금속산화물의 알루미늄 전구체는 알루미늄 알콕사이드(aluminum alkoxide), 알루미늄 나이트레이트(aluminum nitrate), 알루미늄 플로라이드(aluminum fluoride), 알루미늄 포스페이트(aluminum phosphate), 알루미늄 클로라이드(aluminum chloride), 알루미늄 설페이트(aluminum sulfate), 보에마이트(boehmite) 및 슈도-보에마이트(pseudo-boehmite)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상이고,
금속산화물의 알루미늄 이외의 금속 전구체는 마그네슘(Mg), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni) 또는 아연(Zn)의 나이트레이트(nitrate), 클로라이드(chloride) 또는 설페이트(sulfate) 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계에서 건조는 50~200 ℃의 온도에서 수행되고, 열처리는 350~1100 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 포화 탄화수소의 방향족화(aromatization) 반응을 수행하여 단환 방향족 화합물을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 방향족화 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 포화 탄화수소는 펜탄(pentane), 헥산(hexane), 헵탄(heptane) 또는 옥탄(octane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 방향족화 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 화합물은 벤젠(benzene), 톨루엔(toluene), 자일렌(xylene) 또는 에틸벤젠(ethylbenzene)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 방향족화 방법.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 방향족화와 촉매재생을 동시에 수행하는 방법.
(a) 제1항의 금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 포화 탄화수소의 1차 방향족화 반응을 수행하고 헬륨을 흘려주는 단계;
(b) 건조 공기로 상기 금속 촉매를 재생하고 헬륨을 흘려주는 단계;
(c) 수소 분위기에서 인-시츄(in-situ) 환원하는 단계; 및
(d) 2차 방향족화 반응을 수행하는 단계.
- 제1항의 금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 포화 탄화수소의 탈수소화(dehydrogenation) 반응을 수행하여 올레핀 화합물을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 탈수소화 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 포화 탄화수소는 에탄(ethane), 프로판(propane), 부탄(n-butane), 이소부탄(i-butane) 또는 사이클로헥산(cyclohexane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 탈수소화 방법.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 탈수소화와 촉매재생을 동시에 수행하는 방법.
(a) 제1항의 금속 촉매의 존재 하에서 포화 탄화수소의 1차 탈수소화 반응을 수행하고 헬륨을 흘려주는 단계;
(b) 건조 공기로 상기 금속 촉매를 재생하고 헬륨을 흘려주는 단계; 및
(c) 2차 탈수소화 반응을 수행하는 단계.
- 제1항의 금속 촉매의 존재 하에 수소 분위기 하에서 방향족 탄화수소 또는 불포화 탄화수소의 수소화 반응을 수행하여 지환족 또는 지방족 화합물을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 촉매를 이용한 수소화 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 수소화는 수첨 반응(hydrogenation), 수첨탈황 반응(hydrodesulfurization), 수첨탈질소 반응(hydrodenitrogenation), 수첨탈산소 반응(hydrodeoxygenation), 또는 수첨이성화 반응 (hydroisomerization)인 것을 금속 촉매를 이용한 수소화 방법.
