Claims (7)
- 동박(銅箔) 기체(基體)의 적어도 한쪽의 면에, 조화(粗化) 입자가 형성되어 이루어지는 조화 처리층을 포함하는 표면 처리 피막을 갖는 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박으로서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 JIS Z 8741:1997에 준거하여 측정한 TD의 20도 경면(鏡面) 광택도 Gs(20°)가 0.8% 미만이고,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 JIS Z 8741:1997에 준거하여 측정한 TD의 60도 경면 광택도 Gs(60°)가 0.4% 이상이고,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 JIS Z 8741:1997에 준거하여 측정한 TD의 75도 경면 광택도 Gs(75°)에 대한 45도 경면 광택도 Gs(45°)의 경면 광택도비(Gs(45°)/GS(75°))가 0.1 이상 1.5 이하인, 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 JIS Z 8741:1997에 준거하여 측정한 TD의 85도 경면 광택도 Gs(85°)가 4% 이상, 50% 미만인, 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동박 기체의 표면 처리 피막을 갖는 면이 광택면인, 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면의 JIS Z 8781에 준거하여 측정한 TD의 XYZ 표색계에 있어서의 Y값이 10% 이상 45% 이하인, 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리 피막의 표면에 있어서의 JIS B 0601에 준거하여 측정한 10점 평균 거칠기 Rzjis값이 0.8㎛ 이상 4.5㎛ 이하인, 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프린트 배선판용 표면 처리 동박의 상기 표면 처리 피막이 형성된 면과 수지 기재가 접착되어 이루어지는, 프린트 배선판용 동 클래드 적층판.
