Claims (17)
- 전체 원유 및 기타 중질 탄화수소 흐름을 전환하여 올레핀 및/또는 방향족 화합물을 제조하는 공정으로서, 상기 공정은:
전체 원유를 최대 160℃의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 85wt%의 탄화수소를 함유한 저비점 분획, 160℃ 미만의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 15wt%의 탄화수소 및 최대 490℃의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 85wt%의 탄화수소를 함유한 중비점 분획, 및 490℃ 초과의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 85wt%의 탄화수소를 함유한 고비점 잔여물 분획으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 고비점 잔여물 분획을 제 1 수소화분해(hydrocracking) 시스템에서 수소화분해하여 수소화분해된 유출물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 수소화분해된 유출물을 통합 분리 장치에서 분리하여 초저황연료유(ultra-low sulful fuel oil) 및 수소처리된(hydroprocessed) 분획을 제조하는 단계;
상기 중비점 분획 및 상기 수소처리된 분획을 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합된 중비점 분획 및 수소처리된 분획을 제 2 수소처리 시스템에서 수첨 분해하여 증기 분해기(steam cracker) 원료 흐름을 제조하는 단계;
상기 증기 분해기 원료 흐름 및 상기 저비점 분획을 증기 분해기로 공급하여 그 내부의 탄화수소를 하나 이상의 경질 올레핀 및 열분해유로 전환하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 전체 원유를 저비점 분획, 중비점 분획 및 고비점 잔여물 분획으로 분리하는 단계는:
탄화수소 공급원료를 가열기로 공급하여, 예열된 탄화수소 공급원료를 제조하는 단계;
상기 예열된 탄화수소 공급원료를 분리기에서 저비점 분획 및 중간(intermediate) 분획으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 중간 분획을 상기 가열기로 다시 공급하여, 가열된 중간 분획을 제조하는 단계;
고온 수소 탈거장치로 수소 흐름을 공급하는 단계;
상기 고온 수소 탈거장치에서 상기 가열된 중간 분획을 중비점 분획 및 고온 수소 탈거장치 탑저 분획으로 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 고온 수소 탈거장치의 탑저 분획을 상기 중간 분획에 붙인 간접 열교환을 통해 냉각하여 고비점 잔여물 분획을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것인, 공정. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저비점 분획은 하기 성질 중 2개 이상을 가지는 것인, 공정:
130℃ 내지 200℃ 범위 내의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 95wt%의 탄화수소;
14중량% 이상의 수소 함량;
5 미만의 BMCI;
40도 초과의 API 중력;
1000ppm 미만의 황 함량;
10ppm 미만의 질소 함량;
1cSt 미만의 40℃ 측정 점도;
1중량% 미만의 MCRT; 및
1ppm 미만의 총 금속. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중비점 분획은 하기 성질 중 2개 이상을 가지는 것인, 공정:
130℃ 내지 200℃ 범위 내의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 5wt%의 탄화수소;
400℃ 내지 600℃ 범위 내의 끓는점 온도를 가지는 95wt%의 탄화수소;

100ppm 초과의 질소 함량;
100cSt 초과의 100℃ 측정 점도;
5 중량% 초과의 MCRT 및
50ppm 초과의 총 금속. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생산된 올레핀 및 방향족 화합물의 총량은 전체 공급원료 공급 유량에 대하여 적어도 65 중량%인 것인, 공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고비점 잔여물 분획을 수첨 분해하는 단계;는, 상기 고비점 잔여물 분획 내의 탄화수소를 하나 이상의 증기 분해성 제품으로 전환하는 단계;를 포함하는, 공정.
