Claims (12)
- 금속 구리를 포함하는 주촉매,
코발트(Co); 니켈(Ni); 및 망간(Mn)을 포함하는 조촉매, 및
알루미나(Al2O3)를 포함하는 담체를 포함하는
구리계 폐촉매를 700℃ 이상의 온도로 산화 열처리하는 단계(a)를 포함하는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법으로,
상기 금속 구리 : 니켈 : 코발트 : 망간의 중량비는 7.5 내지 8.5 : 0.1 내지 0.3 : 0.05 내지 0.15 : 0.1 내지 0.2이고,
상기 주촉매 및 조촉매는 상기 담체에 담지된 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는 구리계 폐촉매를 700℃ 이상의 온도로 승온하는 단계(a1); 및 상기 (a1) 단계로 얻은 촉매를 700℃ 이상의 온도로 유지하는 단계(a2)를 포함하는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 (a1) 단계, 상기 (a2) 단계, 또는 상기 (a1) 및 (a2) 단계는 산소 함유 가스의 존재 하에서 이루어지는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 산소 함유 가스는 산소(O2)를 20 부피% 이상 포함하는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계 이후에 상기 (a) 단계로 얻은 촉매를 환원 활성화 하는 단계(b)를 더 포함하는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는 (a) 단계로 얻은 촉매를 400 ℃ 이상의 온도로 조절하는 단계(b1); 및 (b1) 단계로 얻은 촉매를 400 ℃ 이상의 온도로 유지하는 단계(b2)를 포함하는 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 (b1) 단계, 상기 (b2) 단계, 또는 상기 (b1) 및 (b2) 단계는 수소 함유 가스의 존재 하에서 이루어지는 것인 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 구리계 폐촉매에 포함된 구리의 크기는 30nm 이상인 것인 구리계 폐촉매의 활성화 방법.
