Claims (17)
- 표시 영역의 내부에 배치되며, 물리적인 구성요소가 배치되어 영상이 표시되지 않는 제1 비표시 영역;
상기 표시 영역의 가장자리를 따라 배치되며 영상이 표시되지 않고, 상기 표시 영역의 우측에 배치되는 제1 게이트 구동부와 상기 표시 영역의 좌측에 배치되는 제2 게이트 구동부를 포함하는 제2 비표시 영역;
상기 제1 게이트 구동부와 연결되는 제1 게이트 배선;
상기 제2 게이트 구동부와 연결되는 제2 게이트 배선; 및
상기 표시 영역의 상측 방향으로부터 하측 방향으로 상기 표시 영역 하측의 제2 비표시 영역의 적어도 일부로 연장되며, 상기 표시 영역에 포함된 화소로 데이터 전압을 제공하는 복수의 데이터 배선을 포함하고,
상기 표시 영역은, 상기 제1 비표시 영역의 하부에 배치되는 제1 표시 영역과 상기 제1 비표시 영역의 측면에 배치되는 제2 표시 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제2 표시 영역의 제1 게이트 배선은 상기 제2 표시 영역의 제2 게이트 배선과 분리되고, 상기 제1 표시 영역의 제1 게이트 배선은 상기 제1 표시 영역의 제2 게이트 배선과 연결되며,
상기 제2 표시 영역에 배치되는 상기 제1 게이트 배선의 일단과 상기 제2 표시 영역에 배치되는 상기 제2 게이트 배선의 일단은 상기 제1 비표시 영역의 적어도 일부까지 연장되고,
상기 제1 비표시 영역에서 상기 제1 게이트 배선의 일단에 구비된 컨택 홀을 더 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 게이트 구동부 및 상기 제2 게이트 구동부 각각은, 타이밍 콘트롤러에서 출력되는 게이트 제어 신호에 기초하여 상기 제1 게이트 배선 및 상기 제2 게이트 배선에 게이트 신호를 출력하는, 표시 장치. - 삭제

상기 데이터 구동부의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 제1 비표시 영역에서 상기 제2 표시 영역으로부터 연장되어 배치된 센싱 배선과 전기적으로 연결되는 산호 전달 필름을 더 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 배선은, 상기 제2 표시 영역에 배치된 상기 제1 게이트 배선 또는 상기 제2 게이트 배선과 신호 전달 필름 사이를 전기적으로 연결하는, 표시 장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 영역은 이형 변을 가지며,
상기 제1 비표시 영역은, 상기 표시 영역의 이형 변에 대응하여 오목하게 들어간 위치에 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 배선으로부터 상기 게이트 신호를 전송받아 상기 이형 변의 형상으로 인한 상기 표시 영역의 스캔 부하 차이를 감지하는 부하 감지부를 더 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 구동부는, 상기 부하 감지부에서 감지된 스캔 부하 차이에 기초하여 상기 데이터 신호의 오프셋을 보정하여 상기 복수의 데이터 배선에 출력하는, 표시 장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 배선은 상기 제1 게이트 배선 및 상기 제2 게이트 배선보다 상기 표시 영역에 더 인접하여 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 배선은 상기 표시 영역에 배치된 광 차단막과 동일한 층에 배치되는, 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 게이트 배선 및 상기 제2 게이트 배선은 상기 제1 비표시 영역에서 상기 센싱 배선과 라우팅 연결되는, 표시 장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 부하 감지부는,
상기 표시 영역에서 출력되는 복수의 스캔 출력 신호를 기초로 상기 표시 영역의 스캔 출력 신호의 부하를 산출하는 부하 산출부; 및
상기 부하 산출부에서 상기 스캔 출력 신호를 기초로 부하 차를 산출하고 정량화하여 출력하는 부하차 정량부를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 부하 산출부는 상기 복수의 스캔 출력 신호 각각의 라이징 타임(rising time)과 폴링 타임(falling time)에 기초하여 각 스캔 출력 신호의 부하를 산출하는, 표시 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 구동부는, 상기 부하차 정량부에서 출력된 정량화된 부하 차가 미리 설정된 값보다 큰 경우 타이밍 컨트롤러에서 인가된 데이터 제어 신호를 기초로 설정된 데이터 전압보다 큰 데이터 전압이 인가되도록 상기 데이터 신호의 오프셋을 보정하고, 상기 부하차 정량부에서 출력된 정량화된 부하 차가 미리 설정된 값보다 작은 경우 상기 타이밍 컨트롤러에서 인가된 데이터 제어 신호를 기초로 설정된 상기 데이터 전압보다 작은 데이터 전압이 인가되도록 상기 데이터 신호의 오프셋을 보정하는, 표시 장치.
