도5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법을 나타낸 플로우 차트이다.

Claims (10)
- 제어기가 차량 운전 정보부로부터 차량 운전 정보를 전달 받는 단계;
상기 제어기가 상기 차량 운전 정보를 통해 엔진의 정지에 해당하는지 판단하는 단계;
엔진의 정지에 해당하는 경우, 상기 제어기가 엔진의 정지 종류에 따라 CVVD 기구의 목표 밸브 듀레이션을 결정하는 단계;
상기 제어기가 결정된 목표 밸브 듀레이션에 따라 상기 CVVD 기구의 밸브 듀레이션을 제어하는 단계;
상기 제어기가 현재 RPM이 설정된 제어 중단 RPM 보다 낮은지 판단하는 단계; 및
현재 RPM이 설정된 제어 중단 RPM 보다 낮은 경우, 상기 제어기가 상기 CVVD 기구의 밸브 듀레이션 제어를 중단하는 단계;
를 포함하되,
상기 엔진의 정지는 이그니션 키 오프 정지, 엔진 스톨 정지 및 아이들 스탑에 의한 정지를 포함하는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
현재 RPM이 설정된 제어 중단 RPM 보다 낮지 않은 경우, 상기 제어기가 현재 CVVD 기구의 밸브 듀레이션이 상기 목표 밸브 듀레이션에 도달 했는지 판단하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기가 현재 CVVD 기구의 밸브 듀레이션을 저장하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 중단 RPM은 100 rpm 내지 300 rpm 인 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 설정된 목표 밸브 듀레이션은 최소 밸브 듀레이션 대 최대 밸브 듀레이션의 45%~55% 인 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이그니션 키 오프 정지 여부는 이그니션 키 센서의 출력 신호를 통해 결정되는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 스톨 정지는 RPM 센서의 출력 신호를 통해 결정되는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아이들 스탑에 의한 정지는 가속 페달 센서 및 브레이크 센서의 출력 신호를 통해 결정되는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량 운전 정보는 이그니션 키 센서 출력 신호, RPM 센서 출력 신호, 가속 페달 센서 출력 신호, 브레이크 페달 센서 출력 신호 및 밸브 듀레이션 센서의 출력 신호를 포함하는 엔진 정지시 CVVD 기구 제어 방법.
