Claims (10)
- 결착재 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물로서,
상기 결착재가, 중합체 A를 포함하고,
상기 중합체 A가, 에틸렌성 불포화산 단량체 단위를 1.00 질량% 이상 10.00 질량% 이하, 가교성 단량체 단위를 0.01 질량% 이상 5.00 질량% 이하의 비율로 포함하고,
상기 중합체 A가, 당해 중합체 A를 농도 8 질량%로 상기 유기 용매와 혼합하여, 다른 성분을 함유하지 않는 혼합액을 얻은 경우의, 25℃에서 측정한, 전단 속도 0.1 s-1에 있어서의 점도가 250 mPa·s 이하인,
비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 A가, (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위를 30.00 질량% 이상 98.00 질량% 이하의 비율로 포함하는, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 A를 농도 8 질량%로 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈과 혼합하였을 때의 불용해분량이, 70 질량% 이상 100 질량% 이하인, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 A의 체적 평균 입자경이, 100nm 이상 1000nm 이하인, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 결착재가, 중합체 B를 더 포함하고,
상기 중합체 B가, 농도 8 질량%로 상기 유기 용매에 대하여 용해시켜 용액을 얻은 경우의, 전단 속도 10 s-1에 있어서의 점도가 10 mPa·s 이상 10,000 mPa·s 이하인, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 B가, 농도 8 질량%로 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈과 혼합된 경우의 불용해분량이, 50 질량% 이하인, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물. - 전극 활물질 및 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 바인더 조성물을 포함하는, 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물.
- 제7항에 기재된 비수계 이차 전지 전극용 슬러리 조성물을 사용하여 형성한 전극 합재층을 구비하는, 비수계 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제8항에 기재된 비수계 이차 전지용 전극을 구비하는, 비수계 이차 전지.
