트리-뉴클리어 몰리브데늄계 디알킬디티오카바메이트(Tri-nuclear Molybdenum-based Dialkyldithiocarbamate)인 마찰조정제 0.01~0.03 중량%;
점도조정제 3~10 중량%; 및
내마모제 3~5 중량%;
를 포함하고,
상기 기유는 100 ℃에서 동점도가 2.8~3.2 cSt인 것이고,
상기 메탈로센 폴리알파올레핀은 100 ℃에서 동점도가 150~160 cSt이고, 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 1000~30000 g/mol인 것인, 자동변속기유 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메탈로센 폴리알파올레핀은 메탈로센 화합물을 이용하여 알파올레핀 단량체들이 중합된 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 메탈로센 화합물은 비스(시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(메틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(에틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(iso-프로필시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(n-프로필시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(n-부틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(t-부틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(덱실시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(트리메틸실릴시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(트리메틸실릴메틸시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄디클로라이드, 비스(시클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄클로로히드리드, 비스(시클로펜타디에닐)메틸지르코늄클로라이드 및 비스(시클로펜타디에닐)에틸지르코늄클로라이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.

상기 트리-뉴클리어 몰리브데늄계 디알킬디티오카바메이트(Tri-nuclear Molybdenum-based Dialkyldithiocarbamate)인 마찰조정제는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점도조정제는 폴리메타크릴레이트(Polymethacrylate, PMA), 올레핀 코폴리머(olefin copolymer) 및 폴리이소뷰틸렌(polyisobutylene)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내마모제는 징크알킬디티오포스페이트, 아마인 포스파이트 및 이소뷰티닐석시닉에스터(isobutynyl succinic ester)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자동변속기유 조성물은 100 ℃에서 동점도가 5.3~5.5 cSt이고, 1 m/s의 속도 및 110 ℃의 온도 조건에서 금속마찰계수가 0.075~0.078인 것인 자동변속기유 조성물.
