Claims (10)
- 골재, 결합재, 일액형 혼화제 조성물 및 물을 포함하고,
상기 일액형 혼화제 조성물은 혼화제, 셀룰로오스계 증점제 및 유화제를 포함하고,
상기 유화제는 지방족 에스테르(aliphatic ester), 알킬 벤젠 설포네이트(alkyl benzene sulfonate), 알킬 포스페이트염(alkyl phosphate salt), 디알킬 설포석시네이트(dialkyl sulfosuccinate), 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르(polyoxyethylene alkyl ether), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 올레일 에테르(polyethylene glycol oleyl ether) 및 알킬 아민 에스테르(alkyl amine ester)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 무다짐 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼화제는 공기연행제, 감수제, 촉진제, 지연제, 급결제, 방수제, 기포제, 발포제, 소포제, 방청제 및 강도 증진제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무다짐 콘크리트 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제는 메틸 셀룰로오스(Methyl Cellulose, MC), 에틸 셀룰로오스(Ethyl Cellulose, EC), 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스(Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, HEC), 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, HPC), 하이드록시에틸 메틸 셀룰로오스(Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose, HEMC), 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, HPMC), 하이드록시프로필 에틸 셀룰로오스(Hydroxypropyl Ethyl Cellulose, HPEC), 하이드로 벤토나이트 메틸 셀룰로오스(Hydro Bentonite Methyl Cellulose, HBMC), 하이드로 에테르 에틸 셀룰로오스(Hydro Ether Ethyl Cellulose, HEEC) 및 카복시메틸 셀룰로오스(Carboxymethyl Cellulose, CMC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무다짐 콘크리트 조성물.

상기 일액형 혼화제 조성물 전체 100 중량부 대비 상기 유화제의 함량은 0.05 내지 0.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 무다짐 콘크리트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
