도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 환자의 질 내 형상이 도출되는 단계의 순서도이다.

Claims (12)
- a) 환자의 질 내 형상이 도출되는 단계;
b) 도출된 상기 환자의 질 내 형상에 대응되는 페서리의 형상이 3D 모델링 되는 단계; 및
c) 상기 3D 모델링된 형상으로 3D 프린터에 의해 상기 페서리가 제조되는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 a) 단계는,
a1) 프로브부에 구비된 풍선 형태를 가지는 1개의 풍선부가 질에 삽입되는 단계;
a2) 질에 삽입된 상기 풍선부에 유체가 주입되어 팽창되는 단계;
a3) 상기 풍선부의 둘레 및 길이 방향을 따라 상기 풍선부의 내주면에 서로 소정거리 이격되도록 형성되는 복수의 압력센서에 의해 위치별 압력값이 각각 측정되는 단계; 및
a4) 상기 위치별 압력값을 이용하여 환자의 질 내 형상이 도출되는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 c) 단계에서,
상기 페서리는 형상기억합금 소재로 이루어져 특정 온도에서 기설정된 압력까지만 사이즈가 커짐에 따라 질의 내부 공간 사이즈에 맞게 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리의 제조방법.

상기 b) 단계에서는,
도출된 상기 자궁, 직장, 방광의 처짐에 대응하여 상기 자궁, 직장, 방광을 지지하도록 상기 페서리의 형상이 모델링되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리에 있어서,
상기 페서리는,
자궁의 하부를 지지하도록 마련된 페서리몸체를 포함하며,
상기 페서리 몸체는 도넛 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 페서리는,
상기 페서리몸체에 형성되는 분비홀; 및
상기 페서리몸체에 결합되어 에스트로겐 및 윤활유 중 어느 하나 이상을 저장하도록 마련된 실린더를 더 포함하며,
상기 분비홀에 의해 상기 실린더에 저장된 에스트로겐 및 윤활유 중 어느 하나 이상이 주입되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 페서리몸체는,
자궁, 직장, 방광의 처짐량에 대응하여 도넛형의 두께, 종횡비 및 최대 지름이 결정되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터를 이용한 환자 맞춤형 페서리.
