Abstract
(해결 수단) 하지층의 적어도 일방의 면에 규칙적으로 배열된 모상체를 갖고, 하지층과 모상체 사이에는 구조적인 경계가 없어, 연속상을 형성하고 있으며, 하지층과 모상체가 적어도 부분적으로 가교 구조를 가지고 있는 수지 시트로 함으로써, 양호한 촉감성을 발현하는 성형품이 얻어졌다.

도 2 는, 본 발명의 제 1 실시형태에 관련된 수지 시트의 변형예를 나타내는 개략 종측 단면도이다.

Claims (19)
- 하지층의 적어도 일방의 면에 규칙적으로 배열된 모상체를 갖고, 하지층과 모상체 사이에는 구조적인 경계가 없어, 연속상을 형성하고 있으며, 하지층과 모상체가 적어도 부분적으로 가교 구조를 가지고 있고, 모상체의 평균 높이가 100 ㎛ 이상 1200 ㎛ 이하, 모상체의 평균 직경이 1 ㎛ 이상 50 ㎛ 이하, 모상체의 평균 간격이 20 ㎛ 이상 200 ㎛ 이하이고, 상기 하지층의 평균 두께가 150 ㎛ ~ 800 ㎛ 인, 열가소성 수지 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
하지층 및 모상체가 열가소성 수지를 50 질량% 이상 함유하고, 상기 열가소성 수지가 스티렌계 수지, 올레핀계 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 열가소성 엘라스토머, 불소계 수지에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 열가소성 수지인, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
모상체를 갖는 면의 동마찰 계수에 대한 정마찰 계수의 비가 1.0 ∼ 10.0 인, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
모상체를 갖는 면의 반사광 강도가 얻어지는 각도폭이 -90°∼ 90°인, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
모상체가 하지층으로부터 이간되는 방향으로 모상으로 신장되고, 그 선단에 볼록부가 형성되어 있는, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
하지층 및 모상체는, 하나의 시트로 형성된, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
다층 수지 시트인, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
하지층의 타방의 면에 스티렌계 수지, 올레핀계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 나일론계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 열가소성 엘라스토머에서 선택되는 적어도 1 층의 기재층을 적층한, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
발수 발유제, 대전 방지제, 항균제, 자외선 흡수제, 착색제, 이형제에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
가열 연신 성형에 의한 모상체의 평균 높이의 저하율이 30 % 미만인, 열가소성 수지 시트. - 압출 성형법에 의해 다이스로부터 용융 압출한 시트를, 요철 가공이 이루어진 전사 롤과 터치 롤로 캐스팅시켜 모상체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트의 성형품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
자동차 내장 부재, 전자 기기 부재, 전자 기기 외장재, 화장품 용기 부재, 문방구 부재 또는 생활용품 부재인, 성형품. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트를 사용한 물품.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
자동차 내장 부재, 전자 기기 부재, 전자 기기 외장재, 화장품 용기 부재, 문방구 부재 또는 생활용품 부재인, 물품. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트를 진공 압공 성형, 인서트 성형 또는 인몰드 성형하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트의 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트를 진공 압공 성형, 인서트 성형 또는 인몰드 성형하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 시트를 사용한 물품의 제조 방법.
