Description
Claims (10)
- 조성물로서,
(a) 말단 비닐 관능기를 갖는 선형 폴리오르가노실록산 45 내지 60 중량-백분율;
(b) 0 초과 및 동시에 10 이하의 SiO4/2에 대한 R3SiO1/2의 평균 몰비로 R3SiO1/2 및 SiO4/2 실록산 단위를 포함하는 알케닐-비함유 폴리오르가노실록산 수지 39 중량-백분율 이상 50 중량-백분율 미만; 식 중에서, R은 독립적으로 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬 기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨;
(c) 메르캅토-관능성 선형 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제 0.5 내지 15 중량-백분율;
(d) 라디칼 안정화제 0.01 내지 0.1 중량-백분율;
(e) 티올-엔 광중합 개시제 0.01 내지 3 중량-백분율;
(f) 발연 실리카 0 내지 10 중량-백분율; 및
(g) 폴리디메틸실록산 0 내지 5 중량-백분율을 포함하며;
중량-백분율 값은 조성물 중량에 대한 것이며, 상기 조성물은 0.3 초과 및 동시에 0.8 미만인 Si/비닐 관능기의 몰비를 갖고, 알케닐 관능성 폴리오르가노실록산 수지를 비함유하고, 알콕시실릴 함유 구성성분을 비함유하고, RSHSiO3/2 실록산 단위를 포함하는 폴리실록산을 비함유하며, 식 중에서 RSH는 메르캅토-기 함유 히드로카르빌인, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 시클릭 장해 아민을 비함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 메르캅토-관능성 선형 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제가 하기 실록산 단위: (R3SiO1/2), (R2SiO2/2), 및 (RR'SiO2/2)를 포함하며, 식 중에서 R은 수소 및 히드로카르빌로부터 선택되고, R'은 말단 티올 기를 갖는 알킬인, 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 단위 (R3SiO1/2), (R2SiO2/2), 및 (RR'SiO2/2)에서, 각각의 R이 메틸이고 R'이 -CH2CH2CH2SH인, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (RSiO3/2) 실록산 단위를 갖는 폴리실록산을 비함유하고, 식 중에서 R은 알케닐 및/또는 티올 관능기를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알콕시실릴 함유 구성성분이 아닌 알콕시 관능성 폴리실록산을 비함유하는 조성물.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법:
(a) 기재에 제1항의 조성물을 적용하는 단계; 및
(b) 조성물을 빛에 노출시켜 티올-엔 반응에 의한 경화를 개시하는 단계. - 제7항에 있어서, 기재가 카메라 조립물의 렌즈 조립물의 구성요소 또는 카메라 조립물의 렌즈 조립물이 아닌 부분의 구성요소인, 방법.
- 기재 상에 제1항의 조성물의 비경화 또는 경화된 형태를 포함하는 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기재가 렌즈 조립물 또는 카메라의 구성요소인, 물품.
