Claims (16)
- 내부에 전극 조립체가 수납되어 있는 원통형 캔을 준비하는 단계;
기준전극 리드의 일측에 리튬 금속을 결합하여 기준전극 어셈블리를 제조하는 단계;
상기 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 결합되어 있는 캡 어셈블리를 분리하는 단계;
상기 리튬 금속이 전극 조립체의 내측에 삽입되고, 상기 기준전극 리드의 일측이 상기 원통형 캔 외측으로 인출되도록 상기 기준전극 어셈블리를 삽입하는 단계;
상기 분리된 캡 어셈블리를 상기 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 결합하는 단계;
상기 캡 어셈블리의 측면과 상기 원통형 캔의 측면 단부를 감싸도록 홀더를 장착하는 단계; 및
상기 홀더 내부에 접착제를 투입한 후 경화시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 홀더는, 상기 캡 어셈블리의 측면과 상기 원통형 캔의 측면 단부 사이에, 상기 접착제를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기준전극 어셈블리를 제조하는 단계는,
두 개의 금속 와이어가 절연 피복되어 있는 기준전극 리드를 준비하는 단계;
상기 기준전극 리드의 양 끝단의 절연 피복을 일부 제거하는 단계; 및
상기 절연 피복이 제거된 상기 기준전극 리드의 일측 단부를 리튬 금속으로 감싸는 단계를 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원통형 캔 외측으로 인출되는 상기 기준전극 리드의 일측 끝단을 접착제로 실링하는 단계를 더 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기준전극 어셈블리를 삽입하는 단계 후,
상기 원통형 캔 내부에 전해액을 투입하는 단계; 및
원통형 삼전극 셀의 전위, 상기 전극 조립체의 양극 및 음극의 전위를 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홀더 상단부의 직경은 상기 캡 어셈블리의 직경보다 크고,
상기 홀더 하단부의 직경은 상기 원통형 캔의 직경에 대응하는 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 실온 경화형 접착제로, 초기 경화 시간이 3분 이내이며, 시아노아크릴레이트계 순간접착제 및 에폭시계 접착제를 포함하는 하이브리드 접착제인 원통형 삼전극 셀의 제조방법. - 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체가 수납되는 원통형 캔;
상기 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 결합되는 캡 어셈블리;
상기 캡 어셈블리의 측면과 상기 원통형 캔의 측면 단부를 감싸도록 배치되고, 접착제를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 포함하는 홀더; 및
일측이 상기 전극 조립체의 내측으로 삽입되고 타측이 상기 원통형 캔의 외측으로 인출되는 기준전극 어셈블리를 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀 - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기준전극 어셈블리는 기준전극 리드; 및 상기 기준전극 리드의 일측에 결합되어 상기 전극 조립체의 내측에 삽입되는 리튬 금속을 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 기준전극 리드는 두 개의 금속 와이어가 절연 피복되어 있는 써모커플(thermocouple)이며,
상기 리튬 금속이 결합된 상기 기준전극 리드의 일측과 상기 원통형 캔의 외측으로 인출되는 타측은 절연 피복이 제거된 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 캡 어셈블리는 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 억지 끼움 방식으로 삽입되는 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 캡 어셈블리는 상기 원통형 캔의 개방 상단부에 탑재되고, 돌출형 전극단자로서 상단 캡을 포함하는 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체는 양극, 분리막 및 음극을 포함하는 젤리-롤 구조인 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체의 음극 탭 및 양극 탭은 각각 원통형 캔 및 캡 어셈블리와 스폿 용접에 의해 결합되는 원통형 삼전극 셀. - 제8항에 있어서,
