Claims (16)
- 표적 분석물의 검출을 위한 전기화학 센서 장치로서,
미세유동 채널 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 작동 전극; 및
미세유동 채널 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 기준 전극을 포함하고,
상기 작동 전극은 미세유동 채널에 존재할 때 표적 분석물의 양과 상관되는 양으로 적어도 하나의 산화 효소에 의해서 기질로부터 이탈된 전자를 보충하기 위해 전자를 방출하도록 구성되고,
상기 작동 전극의 표면은 화학적으로 변형되고, 표면의 화학 변형은 헥사에틸렌 글리콜 디티올을 포함하는 티올화된 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는, 표적 분석물의 검출을 위한 전기화학 센서 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세유동 채널 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 카운터 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세유동 채널의 벽을 형성하는 회로판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세유동 채널에 복수의 작동 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세유동 채널 내에 적어도 하나의 주변 전기화학 노이즈 센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 작동 전극 및 상기 적어도 하나의 주변 전기화학 노이즈 센서는 외부 프로세서에 전기적으로 연결되도록 구성되어, 프로세서가 채널에 존재할 때 표적 분석물의 적절한 검출을 위해 적어도 하나의 작동 전극으로부터 측정된 신호에서 적어도 하나의 주변 전기화학 노이즈 센서에 의해 측정된 신호를 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 전극의 표면은 머캡토운데칸산 또는 머캡토헥산올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 전극의 표면은 금도금된 것이거나 또는 금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 작동 전극의 표면은 친수성 헤드 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 작동 전극, 적어도 하나의 기준 전극, 및 적어도 하나의 카운터 전극 중 적어도 하나의 표면은 티올화된 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하고, 머캡토운데칸산 또는 머캡토헥산올로 역충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 작동 전극, 상기 적어도 하나의 기준 전극, 및 상기 적어도 하나의 카운터 전극 중 적어도 하나의 표면은 금 도금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 기준 전극과 동일한 기준 전극을 공유하도록 구성된 2개 이상의 작동 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 카운터 전극과 동일한 카운터 전극을 공유하도록 구성된 2개 이상의 작동 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 복수의 작동 전극을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 작동 전극 중 2개 이상의 작동 전극은 적어도 하나의 카운터 전극의 동일한 카운터 전극 및 적어도 하나의 기준 전극의 동일한 기준 전극을 공유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 작동 전극, 동일한 기준 전극 및 동일한 카운터 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극의 표면은 티올화된 에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하고, 머캡토운데칸산 또는 머캡토헥산올로 역충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 기준 전극은 독립적으로 바이어스되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 센서 장치.
