Claims (17)
- (A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부;
(B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및
(C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하고,
상기 성분 (A)가,
(a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및
(a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는, 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a1)이, 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인, 열가소성 수지 조성물. - (A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부;
(B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및
(C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하고,
상기 성분 (A)가,
(a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및
(a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 조성물을,
용융 혼련(混練)하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a1)이, 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인, 방법. - (A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부;
(B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부;
(C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부; 및
(D) 용매;를 포함하고,
상기 성분 (A)가,
(a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및
(a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는, 접착성 도료. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a1)이, 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인, 접착성 도료. - (A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부;
(B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및
(C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하고,
상기 성분 (A)가,
(a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및
(a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 조성물을,
용융 혼련하여 열가소성 수지 조성물을 생산하는 공정 (1); 및
상기 공정 (1)에서 얻어진 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 (D) 용매에 용해시키는 공정 (2);를 포함하는, 접착성 도료의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a1)이 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인, 방법. - 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;
제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재한 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층, 또는, 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 기재한 접착성 도료로 이루어지는 층; 및
극성기를 갖는 수지로 이루어지는 층;이 이 순서로 적층된 적층체. - 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;
열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층;
극성기를 갖는 수지로 이루어지는 층;
열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층; 및
환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;이 이 순서로 적층되고,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은,
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및 (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것이거나, 또는
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및 (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것인,
적층체. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 극성기를 갖는 수지가 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체인, 적층체. - 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;
제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재한 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층, 또는, 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 기재한 접착성 도료로 이루어지는 층; 및
금속 또는 금속 화합물로 이루어지는 층;이 이 순서로 적층된 적층체. - 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;
열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층, 또는 접착성 도료로 이루어지는 층;
금속 또는 금속 화합물로 이루어지는 층;
열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 층, 또는 접착성 도료로 이루어지는 층; 및
환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 층;이 이 순서로 적층되고,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은,
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및 (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것이거나, 또는
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; 및 (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것이고,
상기 접착성 도료는
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부; 및 (D) 용매;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것이거나, 또는
(A) 열가소성 수지 100 질량부; (B) 불포화 카르본산, 및 불포화 카르본산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 0.05∼5 질량부; (C) 유기과산화물 0.01∼3 질량부; 및 (D) 용매;를 포함하되, 상기 성분 (A)가, (a1) 환상 올레핀과 탄소수 2∼8의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 10∼90 질량%; 및 (a2) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록과, 공역 디엔 화합물과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 랜덤 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체의 수소 첨가물 90∼10 질량%(단, 상기 성분 (a1)과 상기 성분 (a2)의 합계는 100 질량%임);로 이루어지는 것인,
적층체. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 또는 금속 화합물로 이루어지는 층이, 알루미늄 박으로 이루어지는 층인, 적층체 - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 기재한 방법을 이용하여 접착성 도료를 생산하는 공정; 및
상기 공정에서 얻어진 접착성 도료를 사용하여 환상 폴리올레핀계 중합체 필름과 금속 또는 금속 화합물로 이루어지는 박을 첩합(貼合)하는 공정 (3);을 포함하는, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 기재한 적층체를 포함하는, 프레스 스루 팩 제품.
- 제 15 항에 기재한 방법을 이용하여 적층체를 생산하는 공정; 및
상기 공정에서 얻어진 적층체를 사용하여 프레스 스루 팩 제품을 생산하는 공정 (4);를 포함하는, 프레스 스루 팩 제품의 제조 방법.
