Claims (17)
- 양극;
음극; 및
상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치된 전해질;을 포함하며,
상기 전해질은,
제1 고분자, 제1 리튬염, 및 평균입경(D50)이 500㎚ 미만인 소립자 무기물을 포함하는 제1 전해질층, 및
제2 고분자, 제2 리튬염, 및 평균입경(D50)이 500㎚ 이상인 대립자 무기물을 포함하는 제2 전해질층을 포함하며,
상기 제1 전해질층이 상기 음극과 대면하는 방향으로 배치되어 있는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층은 평균입경(D50)이 10㎚ 내지 300㎚인 소립자 무기물을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전해질층은 평균입경(D50)이 500㎚ 내지 1㎛인 대립자 무기물을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층 및 상기 제2 전해질층의 전체 두께가 20㎛ 이하인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층의 두께가 상기 제2 전해질층의 두께보다 얇은 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층의 두께가 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소립자 무기물 및 상기 대립자 무기물은 서로 독립적으로 Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, ZnO, BaTiO3, 및 이들 표면에 이온 전도성 올리고머 또는 이온성 염으로 표면 개질된 무기물 복합체로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소립자 무기물 및 상기 대립자 무기물의 함량이 상기 고분자 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 1 중량부 내지 30 중량부인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 고분자 및 상기 제2 고분자는 서로 독립적으로 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드, 폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드), 폴리(헥사플루오로프로필렌), 폴리카보네이트, 포스페이트 에스테르 폴리머, 폴리알킬이민, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리(메타)아크릴산에스테르, 포스포니트릴 클로라이드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리실록산, 및 이들 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 고분자 및 상기 제2 고분자의 중량평균분자량(Mw)은 100,000 g/mol 내지 300,000 g/mol인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 리튬염 및 상기 제2 리튬염은 서로 독립적으로 LiSCN, LiN(CN)2, LiClO4, LiBF4, LiAsF6, LiPF6, LiCF3SO3, Li(CF3SO2)2N, Li(CF3SO2)3C, LiN(SO2F)2, LiN(SO2CF3)2, LiN(SO2CF2CF3)2, LiSbF6, LiPF3(CF2CF3)3, LiPF3(CF3)3, 및 LiB(C2O4)2으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 리튬염 및 상기 제2 리튬염의 함량이 상기 고분자 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 50 중량부 내지 100 중량부인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질이 고체 전해질을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질은 필름 또는 시트 형태인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 리튬 금속 또는 리튬 함유 합금인 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 리튬코발트산화물, 리튬니켈코발트망간산화물, 리튬니켈코발트알루미늄산화물, 리튬철인산화물, 및 리튬망간산화물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 양극활물질을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질이 세퍼레이터를 더 포함하는 이차전지.
