Abstract
(1) 입도가 150㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 90중량% 이상;
(2) 보텍스법에 의한 흡수 시간이 42초 이하;
(3) 탄성률 지수(600-500)가 5500 이상이다.
Description
도 2는 확산 흡수 시간의 측정 장치의 각 부재의 외관을 개별로 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 3은 확산 흡수 시간의 측정 장치에 있어서, 도 2에 도시하는 부재를 트레이에 적재하고, 투입 구멍이 형성된 상부 덮개에 추를 적재한 모습을 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 4는 확산 흡수 시간 측정 장치의 상부 덮개의 상면도 및 측면도, 및 트레이의 상면도 및 측면도이다.
도 5는 직사각형의 눈을 이용해서 편평한 형상의 입자를 제거하는 모습을 도시하는 모식도이다.

Claims (20)
- 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하고, 표면 가교되어 있음과 함께, 이하의 (1) 내지 (3)을 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말:
(1) 입도가 150㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 90중량% 이상;
(2) 보텍스법에 의한 흡수 시간이 42초 이하;
(3) 탄성률 지수(600-500)가 5500 이상이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 이하의 (4)를 더 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말:
(4) 탄성률 지수(500-425)가 4500 이상. - 제2항에 있어서, 이하의 (5)를 더 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말:
(5) 탄성률 지수(425-300)가 3500 이상. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 입도가 150㎛ 이상 300㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 5중량% 내지 50중량%,
(b) 입도가 300㎛ 이상 425㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 10중량% 내지 60중량%,
(c) 입도가 425㎛ 이상 500㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 5중량% 내지 50중량%,
(d) 입도가 500㎛ 이상 600㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 5중량% 내지 50중량%,
(e) 입도가 600㎛ 이상 850㎛ 미만인 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율이 0.1중량% 내지 50중량%
이고, 상기 (a) 내지 (e)에 각각 나타내는 입도의 흡수성 수지 분말의 비율의 합계가 90중량% 내지 100중량%인 흡수성 수지 분말. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 기포율이 0% 내지 3.7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 장력이 69mN/m 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ERT 441.2-02에 규정되는 CRC가 25g/g 내지 50g/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중량 평균 입자 직경(D50)이 300㎛ 내지 500㎛이며, 입도 분포의 대수 표준 편차(σζ)가 0.25 내지 0.45인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡수성 수지 분말을 함유하는 흡수체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡수성 수지 분말을 함유하는 흡수성 물품.
