Claims (38)
- 필터 구성요소이며,
다공성 플루오로중합체 막,
다공성 플루오로중합체 막의 표면 상의 열적으로 안정한 이온성 기 또는 다공성 플루오로중합체 막에 그라프팅 된 열적으로 안정한 이온성 기를 포함하는 가교 코팅 및
에지
를 포함하는 여과막; 및
플루오로중합체 단부편을 포함하고,
여기서 여과막의 상기 에지는 상기 에지를 따라 유체 기밀식 밀봉이 제공되도록 용융-가공가능한 플루오로중합체를 사용하여 단부편에 포팅되는 것이며,
용융-가공가능한 플루오로중합체를 연화시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 적어도 섭씨 240도의 온도에 여과막을 노출시켜 여과막의 에지가 단부편에 포팅되도록 하고, 여과막은 노출 전 여과막에 존재하는 이온성 기의 양의 적어도 50%를 포함하는, 필터 구성요소. - 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 음으로 하전된 이온성 기를 포함하는 것인 필터 구성요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온성 기가 양으로 하전된 이온성 기를 포함하는 것인 필터 구성요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온성 기는 이온성 황-함유 기, 이온성 인-함유 기 또는 이미다졸 기로부터 선택되는, 필터 구성요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이,
액체 코팅 용액 중의 반응성 화합물 총 중량을 기준으로,
25 내지 90 중량부의 이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물, 및
10 내지 75 중량부의 비-이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물
을 포함하는 액체 코팅 용액으로부터 유도되는 것인 필터 구성요소. - 다공성 플루오로중합체 막, 및
다공성 플루오로중합체 막의 표면 상의 열적으로 안정한 이온성 기 또는 다공성 플루오로중합체 막에 그라프팅 된 열적으로 안정한 이온성 기를 포함하는 가교 코팅을 포함하며,
용융-가공가능한 플루오로중합체를 연화시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 적어도 섭씨 240도의 온도에 여과막을 노출시켜 여과막의 에지가 필터 구성요소의 플루오로중합체 단부편에 포팅되도록 하고, 여과막은 노출 전 여과막에 존재하는 이온성 기의 양의 적어도 50%를 포함하는, 여과막. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물은 1-비닐 이미다졸, 비닐 피리딘, 비닐 술폰산, 나트륨 비닐 술포네이트, 비닐 포스폰산 및 나트륨 4-비닐벤젠술포네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 필터 구성요소.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비-이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물은 메틸렌 비스 아크릴아미드, 2-(디메틸아미노)에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 1,4-부탄디올 디비닐 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 필터 구성요소.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가교 코팅이,
액체 코팅 용액 중의 반응성 화합물 총 중량을 기준으로,
25 내지 90 중량부의 이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물, 및
10 내지 75 중량부의 비-이온성 기-함유 반응성 화합물
을 포함하는 액체 코팅 용액으로부터 유도되는 것인 여과막. - 제1항의 필터 구성요소 또는 제6항의 여과막을 포함하는 필터이며, 상기 필터는
막을 둘러싸는 플루오로중합체 하우징,
