Claims (15)
- 연마 물품으로서:
기판;
결합 재료에 의해 기판에 결합된 연마 입자; 및
적어도 하나의 결합 재료의 적어도 일부 위에 놓인 코팅을 포함하고, 상기 코팅은 플루오르화 폴리(p-자일릴렌) 중합체를 포함하는, 연마 물품. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자는 기판 위에 놓인 단일 층에 배열되는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자는 결합 재료의 평균 두께보다 큰 평균 입자 크기(D50)를 갖는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 재료는 제 1 층 및 제 1 층 위에 놓인 제 2 층을 포함하는 복수의 층을 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 금속, 금속 합금, 중합체, 직조 재료, 부직 재료, 섬유 재료, 종이 또는 이들의 임의의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 재료는 유기 재료, 무기 재료, 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 재료는 금속, 금속 합금, 세라믹, 서멧, 유리, 복합재 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 재료를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 재료는 폴리 에스테르, 에폭시 수지, 폴리 우레탄, 폴리 아미드, 폴리 아크릴레이트, 폴리 메타크릴레이트, 폴리 염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리실록산, 실리콘, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 니트로 셀룰로오스, 천연 고무, 전분 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 재료를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 파릴렌 HT를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 0.5 마이크론 이상 25 마이크론 이하의 평균 두께를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자는 산화물, 탄화물, 질화물, 붕화물, 산질화물, 옥시보라이드, 다이아몬드 또는 이들의 임의의 조합의 군으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 연마 물품.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 제 1 표면, 제 2 표면, 및 제 1 표면과 제 2 표면 사이에서 연장되는 측면을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 표면은 평면형 표면이고, 상기 연마 입자는 결합 재료에 의해 제 1 표면에 결합되는, 연마 물품.
- 연마 물품의 형성 방법으로서:
결합 재료에 의해 기판의 표면에 결합된 연마 입자를 갖는 기판을 제공하는 단계;
증착에 의한 코팅을 도포하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 코팅은 결합 재료 및 연마 입자 위에 놓이고, 상기 코팅은 플루오르화 폴리(p-자일릴렌) 중합체를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 폴리(p-자일릴렌) 중합체는 파릴렌 HT를 포함하는, 방법.
