Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인-탱크 레귤레이터가 장착된 연료 전지 시스템의 수소 공급계 구성을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템의 단면을 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 종래 인-탱크 레귤레이터가 장착된 연료 전지 시스템에서 고압센서의 분리 및 재장착하기 위한 흐름를 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템에서 고압센서를 분리 및 재장착하기 위한 흐름를 나타낸 순서도이다.

Claims (10)
- 고압용기의 내부와 직접 연통되는 직관유로;
일부가 상기 직관유로 내부로 인입 가능하며, 상기 직관유로와 체결 및 분리가 가능한 고압센서; 및
상기 고압용기와 상기 고압센서 사이의 상기 직관유로 상에 배치되는 차단밸브;
를 포함하고,
상기 고압센서가 상기 직관유로로부터 분리됨에 따라, 상기 직관유로가 상기 차단밸브에 의해 밀폐되며,
상기 차단밸브는 상기 고압센서 측의 일단에 형성되는 테이퍼부를 더 포함하고,
상기 고압센서는 상기 직관유로의 압력을 측정하도록 구성된 센서부를 더 포함하며,
상기 직관유로는 상기 직관유로의 일지점에 형성되는 돌출부를 더 포함하고,
상기 센서부가 상기 돌출부에 의해 형성되는 동공에 인입하여 상기 테이퍼부를 상기 직관유로 내측으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압용기는
인-탱크 레귤레이터;
를 더 포함하고, 상기 직관유로는 인-탱크 레귤레이터의 내부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼부는 상기 고압센서 측으로 갈수록 상기 테이퍼부의 폭이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압센서는 상기 고압센서와 상기 레귤레이터가 체결되는 체결부;
를 더 포함하고,
상기 체결부는 나사 체결에 의해 상기 레귤레이터와 상기 고압센서를 체결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부는 상기 차단밸브와 상기 고압센서 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고압센서가 상기 직관유로로 인입될 때, 상기 센서부가 상기 테이퍼부를 상기 직관유로 내측으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고압센서가 상기 레귤레이터로부터 분리되면, 상기 직관유로 내부의 고압에 의해 상기 테이퍼부가 상기 돌출부를 상기 직관유로의 외측으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단밸브는 외력이 작용하지 않는 경우, (NC, Normally closed) 닫힘 상태를 유지하는 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 레귤레이터 압력 측정 시스템.
