Claims (16)
- 실러를 공급하는 공급부;
상기 공급부에서 공급되는 실러를 미리 설정된 순환 라인을 따라서 순환시키는 순환부;
상기 순환 라인의 일측에 배치되어, 순환되는 실러의 온도를 설정온도 범위로 보상하는 온도 보상부;
순환되는 실러의 일부를 노즐 통해서 배출시키도록 로봇의 암 선단부에 배치되는 도포 건;
상기 순환 라인을 순환하는 실러의 설정된 양을 상기 노즐로 압송하는 정량 토출부; 및
상기 로봇의 암 선단부에서 상기 도포 건의 일측에 장착되는 비전;을 포함하며,
상기 비전은, 차체에 선형 레이져를 조사하는 레이져 조사부와, 상기 차체의 프로파일을 감지하는 프로파일감지부와, 전방의 화면을 촬영하도록 배치되는 카메라와, 빛을 조사하는 조명을 포함하며,
제어부가 상기 비전의 프로파일감지부를 통해서 수신된 차체의 형상 데이터에서 차체의 형태를 보정하여 상기 도포 건을 통해 실러를 차체에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 정량 토출부는,
토출 모터; 및
상기 토출 모터에 의해서 움직여서 설정된 양의 실러를 상기 노즐로 압송하는 실린더;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제2항에서,
상기 토출 모터는 볼 스크류를 통해서 상기 실린더를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 순환부는,
실러에 포함된 이물질을 필터링하도록 배치되는 필터;
상기 순환되는 실러의 압력을 감지하도록 배치되는 압력 감지부; 및
실러를 상기 순환 라인을 통해서 순환시키는 순환 펌프;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 공급부는,
공급될 실러가 담기는 실러 저장부;
상기 실러 저장부에 담긴 실러를 상기 순환부로 펌핑하는 공급 펌프; 및
상기 공급 펌프로 회전력을 인가하는 공급 모터;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 온도 보상부는,
공급되는 전원에 의해서 상기 실러를 가열하거나, 상기 실러를 냉각시키도록 배치되는 가열/냉각부; 및
상기 실러의 열을 흡수하여 외부로 방출하는 방열부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제7항에서,
상기 가열/냉각부는 열전소자를 포함하고, 상기 방열부는 열에너지가 저장되는 방열판과 냉각팬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제7항에서,
상기 온도 보상부는,
순환되는 실러의 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 제9항에서,
상기 온도 감지부에서 감지되는 온도에 따라서 상기 가열/냉각부, 및 상기 방열부를 제어하여 순환되는 실러의 온도를 설정온도 범위로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포 시스템. - 삭제
