Claims (11)
- 유리 조성으로서, 하기 산화물 환산의 몰%로 Bi2O3 25~45%, B2O3 20~35%, Bi2O3+B2O3+BaO+ZnO+CuO+MnO+Fe2O3+TiO2+V2O5+Cr2O3+Co3O4+NiO 90~100%(단, 90%를 포함하지 않는다)를 함유하고, 몰비 (Bi2O3+B2O3+BaO+ZnO)/(CuO+MnO+Fe2O3+TiO2+V2O5+Cr2O3+Co3O4+NiO)가 2.0~2.81인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
ZnO의 함유량이 1~20몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
MnO의 함유량이 3~25몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
실질적으로 PbO를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 비스무트계 유리의 제조 방법으로서,
질산염 원료, 황산염 원료, 이산화물 원료, 과산화물 원료 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 유리 배치를 용융, 성형하여, 비스무트계 유리를 제작하는 것을 특징으로하는 비스무트계 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
이산화물 원료가 이산화망간 원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
과산화물 원료가 과망간산염 원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스무트계 유리의 제조 방법. - 비스무트계 유리로 이루어지는 유리 분말과 내화성 필러 분말을 포함하는 봉착 재료에 있어서,
유리 분말의 함유량이 50~95체적%, 내화성 필러 분말의 함유량이 1~40체적%이며, 또한 비스무트계 유리가 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 비스무트계 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉착 재료. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
내화성 필러 분말이 코디에라이트, 윌레마이트, 알루미나, 인산 지르코늄계 화합물, 지르콘, 지르코니아, 산화주석, 석영 유리, β-유크립타이트, 스포듀민에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉착 재료. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
레이저 흡수재의 함유량이 5체적% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 봉착 재료. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
레이저 봉착에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉착 재료.
