Claims (15)
- 유체 처리용 회전식 슬라이딩 베인 기계(1)로서,
공정 유체용 입구(5) 및 출구(7)를 구비한 공동(cavity)(4)을 형성하는 원통형 내벽(3)을 구비한 하우징(2),
상기 공동(4)의 편심 회전자 축(42)을 중심으로 회전 방향(11)으로 회전 가능한 회전자(9)로서, 상기 회전자(9)의 외부면(14)과 상기 하우징(2)의 내벽(3) 사이의 거리가 회전 방향(11)으로 변화하는, 회전자(9), 및
상기 공동(4)의 중심 축(43)을 중심으로 회전 가능한 베인(12)으로서, 상기 회전자(9) 내의 외향 슬롯(13)을 통하여 상기 하우징(2)의 내벽(3)으로 연장하고, 회전 동안 상기 베인(12)과 상기 회전자(9) 사이의 상대적인 운동이 있는, 베인(12)을 포함하는, 회전식 슬라이딩 베인 기계(1)에 있어서,

상기 슬롯(13)의 각 측면 상에, 제 1 베어링 유체 공급원(36)과 상기 피벗 베어링의 원통형 오목면(117) 사이의 제 1 베어링 유체 공급 라인(112); 및
상기 슬롯(13)의 각 측면 상에, 상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면(115)과 상기 베인(12) 사이의 베어링 유체 막으로 베어링 유체를 공급하기 위해, 제 2 베어링 유체 공급원(39, 125)과 상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면(115) 사이의 제 2 베어링 유체 공급 라인(113)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 회전식 슬라이딩 베인 기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면을 형성하는 면(115)을 구비한 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27)는 상기 플런저(29)에 연결되거나 상기 플런저(29)와 일체형이고,
베어링 유체 채널(32)은 상기 플런저(29) 내의 개구(33)와 상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면(115) 사이로 연장되고,
상기 제 1 베어링 유체 공급 라인(112)은 흐름 제한부(25)를 가지며,
회전 동안:
상기 공정 유체의 압력 변화는 상기 베인(12) 상에 변화하는 접선력을 유발하여 상기 베인이 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27, 27’) 쪽으로 그리고 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27, 27’)로부터 먼 쪽으로 기울어지고,
상기 베인(12)이 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27) 쪽으로 기울어질 때, 상기 베인(12)은 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27) 및 상기 플런저(29)를 상기 실린더 저부(23)를 향하여 강제하여 상기 실린더(21) 내의 베어링 유체 압력을 증가시키고, 상기 제 1 베어링 유체 공급 라인(112)의 흐름 제한부(25)가 상기 제 1 베어링 유체 공급원(36)으로의 베어링 유체의 복귀를 제한하여 상기 실린더(21) 내의 베어링 유체 압력을 유지하고, 베어링 유체가 상기 실린더(21)로부터 상기 베어링 유체 채널(32)을 통하여 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드의 면(28, 115)으로 그리고 상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면(115)과 상기 베인(12) 사이의 베어링 유체 막으로 흐르고,
상기 베인(12)이 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27’)로부터 먼 쪽으로 기울어질 때, 공급 압력으로 베어링 유체는 상기 제 1 베어링 유체 공급 라인(112’)으로부터 상기 피벗 베어링의 원통형 오목면(117’, 119’)으로 그리고 추가로 상기 제 2 베어링 유체 공급 라인(113’)을 통하여 상기 실린더(21)로 흐르고, 이는 플런저(29’) 및 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드(27’)를 상기 베인(12)을 향하여 강제하고, 동시에 베어링 유체가 실린더(21’)로부터 상기 베어링 유체 채널(32’)을 통하여 상기 슬라이드 베어링 패드의 면(28’, 115’)으로 그리고 상기 슬라이드 베어링의 평면(115)과 상기 베인(12) 사이의 베어링 유체 막으로 흐르는, 회전식 슬라이딩 베인 기계. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
