Claims (9)
- 형광성 염료 성분을 포함하는 시료가 담긴 적어도 하나의 반응튜브를 지지하는 열제어 수단을 포함하는 반응장치의 중합효소 연쇄반응(Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR)에서 발광된 형광량을 측정함으로써 상기 시료를 검사하기 위하여, 상기 형광성 염료를 발광시키는 주파수 대역을 갖는 여기광을 발생시키는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터 발생하는 여기광을 집광시키는 제1 집광렌즈계 및 상기 제1 집광렌즈계에 의해 집광된 여기광에서 특정 파장대역의 여기광을 통과시키는 여기필터를 포함하는 제1 광학계 및 상기 여기필터를 통과한 특정 파장대역의 여기광을 반사시켜 시료에 전달하고, 시료로부터 발생된 형광을 통과시켜 광검출기로 전달하는 제2 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치에 있어서,
상기 제2 광학계로부터 전달되는 특정 파장대역의 여기광 및 시료로부터 전달되는 형광을 소정 각도로 반사하여 폴딩시키는(folding) 평면미러 및 상기 평면미러에서 폴딩된 특정 파장대역의 여기광을 반사시켜 시료에 전달하고, 시료로부터 발생된 형광을 반사시켜 다시 상기 평면미러로 전달하는 곡면미러를 포함하는 제3 광학계; 및
상기 제3 광학계를 통해 전달된 형광에서 특정 파장대역의 형광을 선택적으로 통과시키는 방출필터 및 상기 방출필터를 통과한 특정 파장대역의 형광을 집광시켜 광검출기로 전달하는 제2 집광렌즈계를 포함하는 제4 광학계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 광검출기는, 측정영역 전구간의 상면만곡 편차를 최소화하기 위해 수광면이 하기의 수학식 2를 만족하도록 상기 제4 광학계의 광축에 경사지게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.

여기서, M은 광학계 배율, α는 광검출기의 수광면 경사각, θ는 곡면미러의 광축 입사각이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 광학계는,
상기 곡면미러에 입사하는 여기광의 광축 입사각이 20도 이상이고 25도 이하의 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 광학계는,
상기 곡면미러의 초점위치에 개구스톱(aperture stop)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 광학계의 상기 곡면미러는,
구면 형상, 회전대칭 비구면 형상 및 비대칭 자유곡면 형상 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제4 광학계의 상기 제2 집광렌즈계는,
2매 이상의 렌즈로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제4 광학계의 상기 제2 집광렌즈계는,
하기의 수학식 1을 만족하는 소재를 적어도 1매 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.

여기광과 형광의 광경로 상에 배치되어 여기광과 형광을 합성 및 분리하는 다이크로익 빔스플리터 및 여기광의 광경로 상에 위치하여 여기광만을 반사하는 반사미러 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 평면미러는,
상기 제2 광학계로부터 전달되는 특정 파장대역의 여기광 및 시료로부터 전달되는 형광을 '4자' 및 'Z자' 중 어느 하나로 폴딩시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레센트릭 광학계를 포함하는 형광 측정 장치.
