Claims (8)
- 계자 권선을 갖는 회전자와 고정자를 갖는 동기기를 기동시키는 사이리스터 기동 장치이며,
교류 전력을 직류 전력으로 변환하도록 구성된 컨버터와,
상기 직류 전력을 평활화하는 직류 리액터와,
상기 컨버터로부터 상기 직류 리액터를 통해 인가되는 직류 전력을 가변 주파수의 교류 전력으로 변환하여 상기 고정자에 공급하도록 구성된 인버터와,
상기 계자 권선에 계자 전류를 공급하도록 구성된 여자 장치를 구비하고,
상기 사이리스터 기동 장치는, 상기 컨버터의 직류 출력 전류를 단속적으로 0으로 함으로써 상기 인버터의 전류를 행하는 제1 모드와, 상기 동기기의 유기 전압에 의해 상기 인버터의 전류를 행하는 제2 모드를 순차적으로 실행함으로써, 상기 동기기를 정지 상태로부터 소정의 회전 속도까지 가속시키도록 구성되고,
상기 사이리스터 기동 장치는, 또한, 상기 제1 모드에서, 상기 유기 전압이 제1 전압값에 도달하기 전에는, 상기 계자 전류를 일정하게 함으로써 상기 동기기의 회전 속도와 비례적으로 상기 유기 전압을 상승시킴과 함께, 상기 유기 전압이 제1 전압값에 도달한 후에는, 상기 계자 전류를 저하시킴으로써 상기 유기 전압의 상승을 억제하도록 구성되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사이리스터 기동 장치는, 상기 유기 전압이 상기 제1 전압값에 도달한 후에는, 상기 동기기의 회전 속도에 따라서 상기 계자 전류를 저하시킴으로써 상기 유기 전압을 상기 제1 전압값으로 유지하도록 구성되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 모드에서, 상기 여자 장치는, 상기 계자 전류를 일정하게 함으로써 상기 유기 전압을 상기 제1 전압값으로부터 더욱 증가시키고, 또한, 상기 유기 전압이 상기 제1 전압값보다도 높은 제2 전압값에 도달한 후에는, 상기 동기기의 회전 속도에 따라서 상기 계자 전류를 저하시킴으로써 상기 유기 전압을 일정하게 유지하도록 구성되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 동기기의 상기 회전자의 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출기와,
상기 위치 검출기의 검출 신호에 기초하여, 상기 인버터에 있어서의 사이리스터의 점호 위상을 제어하도록 구성된 제1 제어부와,
상기 위치 검출기의 검출 신호에 기초하여, 상기 컨버터의 직류 출력 전류가 전류 명령값에 일치하도록, 상기 컨버터에 있어서의 사이리스터의 점호 위상을 제어하도록 구성된 제2 제어부를 더 구비하고,
상기 제1 모드에서, 상기 유기 전압이 상기 제1 전압값이 되는 회전 속도에 있어서의 상기 전류 명령값은, 상기 유기 전압이 상기 제1 전압값보다도 낮아지는 회전 속도에 있어서의 상기 전류 명령값보다도 큰 전류값으로 설정되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기 전압이 상기 제1 전압값이 되는 회전 속도 범위에 있어서, 상기 전류 명령값은, 상기 동기기의 회전 속도가 높아짐에 따라 전류값이 커지도록 설정되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 동기기의 회전 속도가 상기 회전 속도 범위에 있을 때는, 상기 전류 명령값은, 상기 동기기의 회전 속도에 따라서 이산적으로 변화되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 동기기의 회전 속도가 상기 회전 속도 범위에 있을 때는, 상기 전류 명령값은, 상기 동기기의 회전 속도에 따라서 연속적으로 변화되는 사이리스터 기동 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 동기기는, 상기 회전자의 회전축에 설치되며, 상기 고정자 및 상기 회전자에 형성된 통풍로에 냉각 매체를 순환시키도록 구성된 팬을 더 포함하는 사이리스터 기동 장치.
