Claims (17)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 황산칼슘 반수화물 분말의 생산 방법:
a. 제어된 온도, 밀폐 캐비닛(closed cabinet) 내의 공기 순환 및 밀폐 캐비닛으로부터의 조정가능한 공기 유출을 갖는 밀폐 캐비닛에서 황산칼슘 2수화물을 처리하는 단계;
b. 온도를 100 - 220 ℃로 조정하는 단계;
c. 1 - 12 시간의 공정 시간을 허용하는 단계; 및
d. 캐비닛으로부터의 습윤 공기 유출을 0.2 - 1.5 L/s로 조정하는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b의 온도가 150 - 220 ℃인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b의 온도가 180 - 210 ℃인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b의 온도가 185 - 205 ℃인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
단계 b의 온도가 190 - 203 ℃인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황산칼슘 반수화물 분말이 황산칼슘 β-반수화물 분말인 방법.
