Claims (21)
- 내연기관의 흡기 덕트로부터 증발성 탄화수소 배출물을 흡착하기 위한 탄화수소 트랩으로서,
공기 필터로부터 상기 흡기 덕트로 기류를 연통시키도록 구성되는 덕트;
증발성 탄화수소 배출물이 상기 흡기 덕트로부터 흡인되게 하도록 상기 덕트를 따라 배치되는 복수의 포트;
상기 증발성 탄화수소 배출물을 구속하도록 상기 덕트 및 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 흡착 시트를 지지하도록 구성되는 하우징;
상기 덕트 내의 질량 공기 유동 센서를 지지하도록 구성되는 상기 하우징 내의 포트를 포함하는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 덕트를 따라 배치되는 복수의 포트는 상기 증발성 탄화수소 배출물이 상기 흡기 덕트로부터 상기 하우징 내로 흡인되게 하도록 구성되는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 질량 공기 유동 센서를 상기 덕트 내로 연장하도록 구성되는 포트를 포함하는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제12항에 있어서,
적어도 2개의 가이드 베인은 상기 질량 공기 유동 센서에 인접한 상기 덕트를 가로질러 연장되고 상기 내연기관의 작동 중에 상기 질량 공기 유동 센서에 의해 통과되는 상기 기류 내의 공기 난류를 감소시키도록 구성되는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 질량 공기 유동 센서는 상기 적어도 2개의 가이드 베인들 사이에 배치되어, 상기 기류가 상기 질량 공기 유동 센서의 양 측면 상에서 실질적으로 층류인, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 공기 필터를 포함하는 공기 박스와 결합되도록 구성되어, 상기 기류가 상기 공기 필터로부터 상기 흡기 덕트로 연통되는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 내연기관의 흡기 덕트로부터 증발성 탄화수소 배출물을 흡착하기 위한 탄화수소 트랩으로서,
공기 필터로부터 상기 흡기 덕트로 기류를 연통시키도록 구성되는 덕트;
하우징으로서, 상기 하우징의 내부 내에 상기 덕트 및 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 흡착 시트를 지지하도록 구성되는 하우징;
상기 덕트와 결합되고 상기 탄화수소 흡착 시트를 상기 하우징 내의 접히지 않은 구성으로 유지하도록 구성되는 하나 이상의 지지부; 및
상기 덕트를 따라 배치되고 상기 증발성 탄화수소 배출물이 상기 덕트로부터 흡인되어 상기 탄화수소 흡착 시트에 의해 구속되게 하도록 구성되는 복수의 포트를 포함하는, 탄화수소 트랩. - 제19항에 있어서,

상기 하우징은 상기 덕트 내로 질량 공기 유동 센서를 수용하도록 구성되는 포트를 포함하여, 상기 질량 공기 유동 센서가 상기 기류에 노출되는, 탄화수소 트랩.
