Abstract
Description
도 1은 먼저 초기 상태(5)에서, 즉 어떠한 트위스트도 없는, 그리고 이어서 자체로 트위스트된 또는 "프리-스트랜드"(10)의 형성을 위해 방향(D1)에서 제1 트위스팅 동작(T1) 후의 통상의 멀티필라먼트 직물 섬유(또는 실)의 단면도이고,
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 코드를 위해 의도된 스트랜드(20)의 형성을 위해, 동일한 방향(D1)으로 여전히 제2 트위스팅 동작(T2)에 의해 조립된 프리-스트랜드[동일한 방향(D1)에서 T1a, T1b, T1c로 미리 트위스트됨]로서 작용하는, 상기와 같은 3개의 실(10a, 10b, 10c)의 조립체의 단면도이고,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 삼중 트위스트(T1, T2, T3)를 갖는 최종 직물 코드(30)의 형성을 위해, 방향(D1)에 대향하는 방향(D2)에서 이 때 제3 트위스팅 동작(T3)에 의해 조립된 상기와 같은[동일한 방향(D1)에서 T2a, T2b, T2c로 미리 트위스트됨] 3개의 스트랜드(20a, 20b, 20c)의 조립체의 단면도이고,
도 4는 이중 트위스트(T1, T2)를 갖는 종래 기술에 따른 직물 코드(40)의 형성을 위해, 방향(D1)에 대향하는 방향(D2)에서 제2 트위스팅 동작(T2)에 의해 조립된 스트랜드[모두 방향(D1)에서 T1a, T1b, T1c로 미리 트위스트됨]로서 이 때 직접 작용하는 상기와 같은 3개의 실(10a, 10b, 10c)의 조립체의 단면도이고,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 삼중 트위스트(T1, T2, T3)를 갖는 최종 직물 코드(50)의 형성을 위해, 방향(D1)에 대향하는 방향(D2)에서 제3 트위스팅 동작(T3)에 의해 조립된 4개의 스트랜드(20a, 20b, 20c, 20d)[동일한 방향(D1)에서 T2a, T2b, T2c, T2d로 미리 트위스트됨]의 조립체의 단면도이고,
도 6은 시작 재료의 멀티필라먼트성 성질에 의해 제공된 고도의 측면 소성에 기인하여, 직물 코드의 최종 단면(부수적으로 이것이 본 발명에 따른 코드이건 아니건간에)이 일단 형성되고 최소 인장 하에 있으면, 실제로 원형 윤곽의 단면에 더 밀접하게 유사하다는 사실을 도시하고 있는, 상기 코드(50)의 이전의 도면보다 덜 개략적인 다른 단면도이고,
도 7은 마지막으로 본 발명에 따른 직물 코드를 구비하는 본 발명에 따른 타이어의 예의 반경방향 단면도(타이어의 회전축을 포함하는 평면 내를 말하는 것을 의미함)이다.
Claims (21)
- 적어도 N개의 스트랜드(20, 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d)를 포함하는 적어도 삼중 트위스트(T1, T2, T3)를 갖는 아라미드 직물 코드(30, 50)이며,
N은 1 초과이고, 상기 스트랜드들은 트위스트(T3) 및 방향(D2)으로 함께 트위스트되고, 각각의 스트랜드는 M개의 프리-스트랜드(pre-strand; 10, 10a, 10b, 10c)로 구성되고, M은 1 초과이고, 상기 프리-스트랜드들은 트위스트(T2)(T2a, T2b, T2c, T2d) 및 상기 방향(D2)에 대향하는 방향(D1)으로 함께 트위스트되고, 각각의 프리-스트랜드 자체는 트위스트(T1)(T1a, T1b, T1c) 및 방향(D1)으로 미리 자체 트위스트되어 있는 실(5)로 이루어지고, 여기서 N 곱하기 M개의 실의 적어도 절반은 아라미드 실이고, 여기서 미터당 턴수(t/m)로 측정된 트위스트(T2)가 미터당 턴수(t/m)로 측정된 트위스트(T3)의 0.4배와 0.8배 사이에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드. - 제1항에 있어서, N은 2 내지 6 또는 2 내지 4의 범위로 변동하는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, M은 2 내지 6 또는 2 내지 4의 범위로 변동하는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실의 총 수(N 곱하기 M)는 4 내지 25개 또는 4 내지 16개의 범위에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미터당 턴수(t/m)로 표현된 트위스트(T1)는 10과 350 사이 또는 20과 200 사이에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미터당 턴수(t/m)로 표현된 트위스트(T2)는 25와 470 사이 또는 35와 400 사이에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미터당 턴수(t/m)로 표현된 트위스트(T3)는 30과 600 사이 또는 80과 500 사이에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합 T1+T2는 T3의 0.8배와 1.2배 사이 또는 T3의 0.9배와 1.1배 사이에 포함되는, 아라미드 직물 코드.
- 제1항에 따른 아라미드 직물 코드로 보강된 고무로 제조된 반완제품.
- 제1항에 따른 아라미드 직물 코드로 보강된 타이어.
