Claims (17)
- 베이스 플레이트;
상기 베이스 플레이트에 장착되며, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기;
상기 압축기와 이격된 위치에서 상기 베이스 플레이트에 장착되며, 상기 압축기로부터 공급되는 압축된 냉매를 내부에 유입된 냉각수와 열교환시켜 응축하는 응축기;
상기 응축기와 이격된 위치에서 상기 베이스 플레이트에 장착되며, 일체형으로 장착되는 팽창밸브로부터 공급된 냉매를 내부에 유입되는 냉각수와 열교환을 통해 증발시키는 증발기; 및
상기 증발기와 상기 팽창밸브를 통해 연결되며, 상기 증발기를 통과하면서 증발된 냉매 중, 기체상태의 냉매만 상기 압축기에 공급하는 어큐뮬레이터; 를 포함하고,
상기 증발기와 상기 응축기는 냉각수가 유입 및 배출되도록 냉각수 배관을 통해 각각 연결되고,
각각의 상기 냉각수 배관은 HVAC 모듈과 연결되며,
상기 응축기를 통과하면서 열교환된 고온의 냉각수는 차량의 난방모드가 작동될 경우, 상기 HVAC 모듈로 공급되어 차량의 실내를 난방하고,
상기 증발기를 통과하면서 열교환된 저온의 냉각수는 차량의 냉방모드가 작동될 경우, 상기 HVAC 모듈로 공급되어 차량의 실내를 냉방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증발기에는
상기 응축기로부터 공급된 냉매를 상기 증발기를 통과한 저온저압의 기체냉매와 상호 열교환을 통해 과냉시키고, 과냉된 냉매를 상기 팽창밸브에 공급하는 과냉 열교환부가 일체로 구비되는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 응축기는
다수개의 플레이트가 적층되어 내부에 상호 엇갈리게 배치되는 다수개의 제1 유로와 제2 유로를 각각 형성하고, 상기 제1 유로들을 통과하는 냉매와 상기 제2 유로들을 통과하는 냉각수를 상호 열교환시키는 응축부를 포함하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 압축기는 상기 응축기와 제1 연결 파이프를 통해 연결되고,
상기 응축기는 상기 과냉 열교환부와 제2 연결 파이프를 통해 연결되며,
상기 팽창밸브는 상기 과냉 열교환부와 제3 연결 파이프를 통해 연결되고 상기 어큐뮬레이터에 제4 연결 파이프를 통해 연결되며,
상기 어큐뮬레이터는 상기 압축기에 제5 연결 파이프를 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 증발기는
다수개의 플레이트가 적층되어 내부에 상호 엇갈리게 배치되는 다수개의 제3 유로와 제4 유로를 형성하고, 상기 제3 유로를 통과하는 냉매와 상기 제4 유로를 통과하는 냉각수를 상호 열교환시키는 증발부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 과냉 열교환부는
상기 증발부에 일체로 형성되며, 다수개의 플레이트가 적층되어 내부에 상호 엇갈리게 배치되는 다수개의 제5 및 제6 유로를 각각 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 과냉 열교환부는
상기 증발부로부터 공급된 저온저압의 기체냉매를 상기 제6 유로들로 유동시키고, 상기 응축기로부터 공급되는 응축된 냉매를 상기 제5 유로들로 유동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 응축기에는
다수개의 플레이트가 일체로 적층 구성되어 내부에 상호 엇갈리게 배치되는 다수개의 제7, 제8 유로를 형성하고, 상기 제7 유로들을 통과하는 냉매와 상기 제8 유로들을 통과하는 냉각수를 상호 열교환시키는 서브 응축부가 더 구비되는 차량용CE 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 응축기로 유입되는 냉각수는
상기 서브 응축부를 먼저 통과한 후, 상기 응축부로 유입되는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 응축기에서 배출된 냉매는
상기 과냉 열교환부를 통과한 후에 상기 팽창밸브를 거쳐 상기 증발기에 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 삭제

상기 압축기, 상기 응축기, 상기 증발기, 및 상기 어큐뮬레이터가 내부에 위치되도록 커버 하우징이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 플레이트와 상기 압축기의 사이에는
적어도 하나의 댐퍼가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 CE 모듈.
