- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로스피어의 양은 폼 제조에 사용되는 멜라민-포름알데히드 초기축합물에 대해 0.1 내지 60 중량%인 멜라민-포름알데히드 폼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로스피어는 폼 구조의 개방셀(open-celled) 기공 내에 매립되어 있는 것인 멜라민-포름알데히드 폼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 멜라민-포름알데히드 폼의 제조 방법으로서, 적어도 하기 공정 단계 a) 및 b)를 포함하는 방법:
a) 하나 이상의 멜라민-포름알데히드 초기축합물, 코어 내에 하나 이상의 활성 및/또는 유효 물질을 포함하고 하나 이상의 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지를 포함하는 쉘을 갖는 마이크로스피어, 하나 이상의 발포제 및 임의로 추가 첨가제를 포함하는 혼합물을 가열하여 폼을 얻는 단계, 및
b) 단계 a)에서 얻은 폼을 건조하는 단계. - 제5항에 있어서, 초기축합물 중의 포름알데히드 : 멜라민의 몰비는 1.3 내지 5 범위 내인 방법.
